About Me

United States
I'm informing readers that video games and politics are what I follow. I follow up on new video games and hope that oppressed peoples will secede from the U.S. Yankee Empire. I'm a big fan of the Wii U Gamepad style controls as I own a Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U with plans on owning a PlayStation 4 by receiving it for Christmas.

Military Intervention Over Libya

President Obama has announced a no-fly zone over Libya which was first proposed by The United Nations and most people support this move against Gadhafi. However, this is an act of war and the US constitution states that CONGRESS has the power to declare war, not the president or the United Nations. The last war the United States was involved in that was declared by congress was declaration of war against Japan after the bombing of Pear Harbor during World War 2 on December 7, 1941. Another concern about going to war is should Gadhafi be overthrown from power, who seems to be winning the war against his own people, what will happen next? Will America end up in Libya for years more like America did in Iraq following the overthrow of Saddam Hussein? Will Obama use war in Libya to boost his election chances in 2012 and win re-election the same way George W. Bush did in 2004? Not only will our constitution be endangered and create a situation where the US goes to war like they did in Iraq in 2003 to present day, but the war card could be a weapon for Obama to use to boost popularity and win re-election in 2012. Let's not risk the chances of Obama getting re-elected in 2012, you will not like what Obama has in store for America should he win re-election.
