Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange Finds Refuge in Ecuador, UK Retaliates

Wonderful news here is that Assange, the whistleblower exposing the truth & debunking the lies big brother told you is finally going to Ecuador for asylum. The UK regime isn't very happy about this & has threatened to remove diplomatic protections & raid Ecuador's embassy in an effort to arrest Assange & extradite him to Sweden, violating the Vienna Convention & creating a diplomatic crisis.

Assange is known for exposing the lies of big government & the US led war in Afghanistan which was already lost. The United States is now an imperialist threat since it arrests those who may have violated it's laws despite never visiting the U.S. & this is a legitimate reason to take up arms against government.

There's another group of girls called Pussy Riot who are on trial for "insulting" Vlad Putin & the Orthodox Church & what's even worse is they've been held in jail without bond.

If Assange were to be extradited to Sweden on trumped charges of "sexual misconducts" with consenting ladies, then he would most likely be extradited to the US for espionage & treason, which are capital crimes. Only problem is the U.S. Constitution defines treason as "waging war against the states" & merely exposing government atrocities without the state first proving that the whistleblowing endangered national security. Clearly Assange's actions had no effect on national security.

How the Rule of Law can Truly Be Preserved

Mainstreamers have been taught to believe that the rule of law means obedience to government edicts. This started in some cases that the rule of law is damaged if law enforcement officers face resistance of any kinds, even if the law enforcement officer(s) is the real aggressor 100%. Judges are more guilty of distorting the written laws by passing activist rulings that have even violated due process rights. The court of last resort is the most guilty because they have the nearly absolute power to rule on any case within it's jurisdiction. Sometimes they even "create" new jurisdiction, seizing the proper role of the judiciary.
The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled in their most infamous yet secrative ruling that judges can refuse to accept any appeal & rule in any manner merely because they don't personally like it, making judges absolute monarchs in the courtroom. Thomas Jefferson was right about judges! He said allowing judges to have monopoly on law leads to despotism & tyranny!

The question here is what acts better preserve the rule of law? Patriots bombing tyrannical government's buildings or judges denying justice through rulings? The answer to 1984 is 1776! 1776 says bombing tyrannical government's facilities & terrorizing the living daylights out of the tyrants will better preserve the rule of law compared to 1984's answer for despotic judiciaries. Why do I say this & why are you wrong to condemn me? The answers lie within our founding fathers & patriots who fought militantly against the British, killing British pigs with pride!

Thomas Jefferson said "The strongest reason for people to keep & bear arms is a last resort to protect themselves against tyranny in government." This is not just a statement made in vain. He was serious about fighting government tyranny.

It's also true that government has told people to trust & fear government as if it could do no wrong. Government says that if you're dissatisfied with it, you can vote in elections. That could be further from the truth since democracy does not equal freedom & freedom isn't free. I'd like to quote Objectivist prophet libertarian Ayn Rand on the individual "The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities."

In fact, America's founding Fathers hated democracy because they feared it would lead to tyranny of the majority. Not only does primary democracy lead to tyrannical majorities but elites & career politicians exploit the democratic process to make it appear as if the people "have spoken" in favor of this policy. An even deadlier example of democracy in it's own right is Adolf Hitler's rise to power when his Nazi Party was democratically elected in the early 1930's. By 1933, Hitler became an absolute dictator & Germany became a totalitarian state for twelve years under National Socialist rule. Elections alone cannot change government in the long run. In fact elections have produced more tyrannies than liberties but that's not to say I take elections for granted. Our founders believed in representative democracy which was secondary in nature. If voting changed anything, it would be made illegal.

It's often misunderstood that you can change your government simply by changing representatives. That's not what representative democracy is. Representative democracy is having people represented by an elected official who must in return represent the interests of his/her district he/she was elected from without compromising the rights of others. Representative democracy is based on population that shall be equal in ratio such as for example one representative for every 150,000 citizens in the House of Representatives. Senators are in equal quantity with two senators from each state.

What happens if elections are undemocratic or non-existent or if representation is inadequate? The founders viewed militant insurrection against tyrannical government as more of a right than making racist comments on twitter.

The education people recieve is authoritarian, teaching them that it is impossible for the US government to become tyrannical & that it is divine, kepping law & order regardless of if public officials violate it's law or constitution. This is a very compelling reason to go out on the streets & open fire on police officers & armed force members loyal to the regime. But we can't fight tryrannical government without defectors of the regime as defectors make the resistance stronger & the regime weaker.

The rule of law can best be preserved by rejecting government laws as divine & a must to obey & rather assert individual sovereignty by defying government & even shooting any scum that attacks the sovereignty of individuals.

About Total Drama & What I'd like to see in Season 5 or 6, Part 1

I've spent time on Total Drama wiki looking at the character articles & what contestants I'd like to see in the next season. What would be a cool Total Drama season is where 24 contestants(15 from previous seasons, 9 new characters) compete in challenges across North America, traveling in a mega bus on North American highways competing in challenges set into the catagories of Highway, Landmark, Nature, & Cultural challenges & sometimes there would be a hybrid of each one.

The season would be called Total Drama Cross America. The first episode would be a race to the CN Tower in Toronto, Canada which would be in seperate races with one race featuring all 1st & 2nd generation contestants competing for the top 15 & another race featuring numerous new potential competitors competing for the top 9.

The places the challenges will take place will be based on Highway paths starting from Toronto, Canada. There would be three teams with eight contestants per team at the start. Teams are Liberty, Justice, & Prosperity

I'd like to rate from worst to best the competitors from the Total Drama series based on character, regardless of good or bad traits.

Katie & Sadie
I don't feel they have any interesting traits to them & I view these two as stock. I'd say leave them out.

Staci
I never viewed her as a pleasant character from the start. She constantly yik-yaks about how her relatives invented rain, swimming, & logs. What? Those come from nature & were never invented by human. She seems to be a very annoying & bland character & thank god she was the first to be eliminated in TDRI. Bag her out!

Eva
She is one tough mama & a major tomboy. She has a nasty temper & has no redeeming qualities besides being a muscular tomboy bully. She was voted off for her temper in TDI & was reintroduced episodes later on a boat with flames behind her, implying she is the devil of Total Drama. It would be nice to see her try but there are plenty of other characters that are better in character, even the antagonists.

Blainely
She seems to be the least recognized of all the competitors considering she is the oldest of all competitors, debuted during the merger in TDWT, & was never really considered a true competitor. She is a hot blonde with beautiful eyes but is very mean. It would be fun to see her in the competition only to be eliminated early.

Justin
He was an antagonist in TDA. His trait is being a super handsome hunk of Hawaiian ethnicity. His best talent is modeling & his charm. Other than that, he doesn't interest me. I say pass on him.

Trent
He's not a bad guy but I don't see interest in him. His best talent is music. I got nothing.

Geoff
He is the main rival of Blainely & he is also along with his girlfriend Bridgette of Total Drama Aftermath. I like him better as the host rather than a competitor.

Beth
She doesn't have any real skills other than girl scouts & I'm starting to regret ranking her higher than Geoff, Trent, & Justin. I say she should just stay out of this.

Jo
She may be a tough tomboy but she is not really interesting since she's not much outside of being a jockette. There are better characters & I say sack her.

Alejandro
This manipulative snake has caused eliminations of other contestants through deception such as the eliminations of Leshawna & Noah. While he was a great villian in TDWT, I don't feel he should be a contestant in the future.

Anne Maria
Her fave is spraying her hair with hairspray that makes her hair as hard as a rock. She's based on Snooki from Jersey Shore but more attractive. If Ezekiel is cured in part of his feralness & both compete, it will be interesting to see if Ezekiel tries to make love to Anne Maria.

Leshawna
She's got spunk & that's it. I don't dislike her but I'm pretty much neutral on her.

Lightning
I like his sense of humor but he's just a typical jock. He gets kinda stock aside from his sense of humor.

DJ
He had a sense of humor in the third season when he thought he was cursed after smashing a mummified dog by accident in Egypt. He loves his mama more than anything.

Lindsay
She's cute, beautiful, yet dumb. It would be nice to see her again

Tyler
This guy is silly & a mediocre athlete. He's the Donald Duck of althetes. Bring him back just so we can watch him make an ass of himself

Dakota
She was sexy at the beginning but mutated later in the series. But the relationship with Sam hasn't changed. She's easily distracted by fame.

Sierra
She's obsessive compulsive over Cody, making her a hilarious character. Noah imitated her shortly before his elimination. Sierra should come back along with Cody.

Cameron
He's the nicest of the 2nd generation competitors & also very smart, but not as good as Noah. Cameron's a great person though.

Zoey
She became "commando" later on which made her both sweet & tough & she hats Scott more than anyone. She looks hot wearing the tracking collar & wearing a headband with army makeup.

Owen
The big guy likes to eat everything! Food is his pashion. I'd like to see him back in the game.

Bridgette
A cute surfer girl with kind personality.

Courtney
She's cute & even occasionally hilarious. She once had a relationship with Duncan until the latter cheated on her for Gwen & Tyler let that cat out of the bag. She was whiney in the beginning & had it not have been for Ezekiel's sexist comments, Courtney would have been the first to be eliminated.

Sam
A video game nerd, he sure is cool. He reminds me of Harold.

Ezekiel
He's now a feral mess but he had a funny accent before & looked fine. I liked him better when he didn't look hideous, starting with the TDWT episode in Africa when Ezekiel officially becomes an animal. I still liked him when he still had his knit cap & hair. He could never get over his elimination & became a stowaway on the plane after elimination. Hopefully he could come back as a clone of his old self.

Gwen
She's hot & a typical goth. She's pleasant but there's not much left to say.

Mike
He is funny & a pleasant person. He has multiple personality disorder, which was discovered by Cameron.

B
He's the silent genius & one cool dude. He's an awesome player who was sabotaged by Scott, causing his elimination in episode 3 of TDRI

Heather
The most notable of the antagonists, Heather has changed since the beginning. She was a witch in TDI, bald in TDA, & somewhat family friendly towards her team. She had a relationship with that snake Alejandro. Cody & Harold helped her defeat Alejandro.

Cody
He's known as the Codemister & Geek. He is good looking & I resemble him the most. He is loved the most by Sierra & by the end Cody starts to love Sierra back. He made it to the top 3.

Dawn
I must have forgot to include her. She is a nature lover, making her great with mother nature. The nature challenges should be a walk in the park for her.

Duncan
This punk is the best punk I've ever known. He is awesome as a competitor & character even though he is a low life criminal & punk. He's so bad-ass & so bad he's awesome!

Harold
He was my favorite character when TDI was in secession back in 2008 on Cartoon Network. I favored his Napoleon Dynamite character & he also looks good!

Brick
The only cadet in the TD series, there's something I like about this guy, such as his sense of humor & personality, implying he's super sensitive for a military personality.

Izzy
She's crazy & sexy. She's also cute & has a great personality, failing to be angry the most.

Noah
I like this no-nonsense IQ master who is more fearless than Taylor Swift. He's got the moves when facing lasers! He's not without bad luck however. He never made it to the merger, which sucks. I hope to see him make it to the top two & even win.

I'll write in my next blog more

What if the SEVERAL Americas be like in terms of political parties?

The U.S. & Canada are not nations but multicultural empires. When people talk about two-party system or multi-party system it is not truly relevant to the issue of MAJOR Party systems which give preferable & protectionist treatment to privilaged political parties(Democrats & Republicans in U.S., Conservatives, Liberals, New Democrats, & Bloc Quebecs in Canada). Other political parties are alienated from the political process & find ballot access more challenging than for major parties.

But what if there were no major party status laws & democracy changed? How many political parties would run in elections & would there be majority elections? There are many political parties & I will only catagorize them in coalition groups.

But first, I want to outline the future nations that will succeed U.S. & Canada

Confederate States of America(Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, & Arizona) Denonym: Dixie

Western United States of America(Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, & Alaska) Denonym: Cascadian

Eastern United States of America(Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Iowa, Ontario, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire) Denonym: Yankee

Quebec

Hawaii

Federation of Acadia(Vermont, Maine, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, & Newfoundland & Labrador) Denonym: Acadian

I will list only some examples that are more notable & are also merely federal level coalitions

I will start with the Confederate States of America:

Southern Nationalist Coalition:
Constitution, America First, America's, Christian Liberty, Independent American

Syncredic/Populist/Centrist Coalition:
Reform, Independence, American Populist, Unity, Citizens

Libertarian Alliance:
Libertarian, Marijuana, Jefferson Republican, Objectivist

Green Party

Modern Whig

Republican

Social Democrats:
Justice, Labor, Working Families, Democratic, Raza Unida

Socialist Parties

Communist Party

Pirate Party

Western United States of America:

Western Nationalist Coalition:
Constitution, America First, American, America's, American Third Position, Christian Liberty, Western Block, Independent American, Christian Heritage

First Peoples

Syncredic/Populist/Centrist Coalition:
Reform, Independence, American Populist, Unity, Citizens, New Union

Progressive Conservative:
Progressive Canadian, Conservative, Republican, Modern Whig

Libertarian Alliance:
Libertarian(s), Marijuana, Jefferson Republican, Objectivist

Green-Animal Rights Alliance:
Green, Animal Alliance-Environment Voters

Social Democrats:
New Democratic, Peace & Freedom, Labor, Justice, Working Families, Raza Unida, Democratic, Liberal

Canadian Action

Communist Party

Socialist Parties

Pirate Party

Eastern United States of America:

United Conservatives:
Progressive Canadian, Conservative, Modern Whig, Republican, Christian Heritage

Paleoconservatives:
Constitution, Christian Liberty

Libertarian Alliance:
Libertarian(s), Marijuana, Objectivist, Jefferson Republican

Green-Animal Alliance:
Green, Animal Alliance-Environment Voters

Centrist/Populists:
Unity, United, Reform, Independence, American Populist, New Union, Citizens

Social Democrats:
New Democrat, Liberal, Labor, Working Families, Canadian Action, Peace & Freedom, Damocratic

Socialist/Communist Parties

Pirate Party

Quebec:

Centrist:
Liberal

Conservatives:
Coalition Avenir Québec

Parti Quebecois

Social Democrats

Greens

Socialists/Communists

Acadia:

Progressive Conservative, Libertarian, Green, Liberal, Social Democrats, United Centrists

It's unknown which coalition will gain majority but when the current major party system is dismantled & majority elections are required, many candidates will have the fighting chance unheard of before.
