Number of Representative for the Western United States & Confederate States

The maximum ratio for one representative shall be representing no more than 150,000 citizens & each state shall have one representative. Here's the number of representatives for each state in both Confederations & note that this is based on 2000 census

Confederate States of America:
Alabama 30, Arizona 38, Arkansas 18, Florida 87, Georgia 58, Kentucky 27, Louisiana 30, Maryland 36, Mississippi 19, Missouri 38, New Mexico 12, North Carolina 56, Oklahoma 23, South Carolina 27,  Tennessee 39, Texas 130,Virginia 49, West Virginia 12= 729 total w/out other states. Other states include Baja California 17, Baja California Sur 4, Cuba 75, Chihuahua 21, Puerto Rico 26, Rio Grande 67, Sonora 18= 957 with extra states.

Western United States of America:
