I'm informing readers that video games and politics are what I follow. I follow up on new video games and hope that oppressed peoples will secede from the U.S. Yankee Empire. I'm a big fan of the Wii U Gamepad style controls as I own a Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U with plans on owning a PlayStation 4 by receiving it for Christmas.

My Proposed Constitution:Legislative Branch Part 1

Section one: All legislative powers shall be given to the Parliment of the Confederate States of Australia, with both a house of representatives & a senate.
Section two: House of Representatives
Clause one: Representatives of parliment will be chosen every two years, three months, & nine days excluding national holidays & shall require the elections to be seven days long ending on the deadline prescribed in this section with the deadline for run off elections being thirthy two days after general election deadline & shall also require elections to be seven days long before final deadline with the first parlimentary elections taking place eight months & nine days after ratification of the constitution. Each representative will have one vote.
Clause two: Representatives must be eligable to vote in their home state, been a citizen of the Confederate States of Australia for seven years, & reside in the district they represent.
Clause three: Representatives shall be based on population not exceeding ratio of one to two thousand with each state being promised one representative with a census being taken every tenth year & apportionments made no later than two years after census taken & all direct taxes shall be equally proportions amongst the states & people represented in parliment. Original representations shall be based on the original representation from the previous federation until the first census is conducted. The first census shall be conducted in the first xxx0 year after the ratification of the constiution.
Clause four: In the event of vacancy in the house, a special election shall be called with a deadline of four months & nine days after the vacancy occurred, but shall not require special election if it is conducted four months & nine days before the general election.
Section three: Senate
Clause one: The senate of the Confederate States of Australia shall have three senators for each state & each senator shall be elected by state legislatures. Each term in the senate shall be three parliments, which in total last six years, nine months, & twenty-seven days. Each senator shall have one vote.
Clause two: Elections for senators will be divided into three classes with class A being elected at the expiration of the first parliment, class B at expiration of second parliment, & class C at expiration of third parliment, continuing the pattern. All three senators shall each be assigned a class A,B, or C. Should vacancy occur, the state legislature shall appoint a replacement senator to finish the rest of the vacant term & should the state leigslature be absent at the time, the executive of that state shall appoint the replacement until the state legislature convenes.
Clause three: Senators must be eligable to vote, have been a citizen of the Confederate States of Australia for nine years, & be a resident of the state represented.
Section four: Election of parliment
Clause one: Representatives shall be elected every two years, three months, & nine days with an election length of seven days before the final deadline & senators shall be elected every three parliments depending on class. No representative nor senator shall be elected without fifty percent or more of the popular or state vote. In the even no candidate wins fifty percent or more, a runoff election shall be required with a deadline of thirty-one days after the end of the general election. All political parties & independents shall be treated with political equality including but not limited to reasonable number of signatures required for ballot access in which each party or independent candidate may have to obtain. There shall be no interference with the selection of candidates by political parties for general elections so long as the selection is made before the nomination deadline. Each state shall set a nomination deadline for candidate which must be no earlier than eight months nor later than three months before general election.
Clause two: Parliment shall convene once each year & each new parliment shall start thirty-two days after runoff elections are finished.
