Why does the government always win & How can we change that?

Because they use taxation by force & have large militias. Militant resistance is weak & inferior & tyrannical governments take advantage of that.

Militant resistance is like guerilla warfare & armed resistance against government such as bombing government facilities, hijacking government vehicles, hostage taking of government employees as well as killing them, shooting law enforcement officers & soldiers, vehicular attacks on government buildings, arson attaCKS ON GOVT. BUILDINGS, BIOLOGICAL Warfare, assassinating public officials, espionage, sabotage, & even weapons of mass destruction such as nuclear bombs.

On April 19, 1995, a federal building in Oklahoma City was truck bombed killing 168 & injuring hundreds more. The regime was said to have first suspected radical islamic terrorists & mexican drug cartels. They pointed out that the culprit was sovereign citizen movement hero Timothy McVeigh & Terry Nichols. What was interesting was that there were bombs inside the building & ATF goons were told not to go in as well as bomb squads being told to wait outside. Conspiracy here is for the government to have a scapegoat in order to incite hatred by the public against patriots like Timothy McVeigh who feel the only way to achieve victory of liberty & justice is to take militant action. The regime & pro-regime media has used propaganda to keep the status quo. What I think here is the government lied to the people in order to prey on their emotions the same way Adolf Hitler did in order to gain power in Germany in 1933.

I'm not trying to justify the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing but I feel the government willfully decieved McVeigh through the CIA by misleading him into targeting the wrong building. People are being taught through public indoctrination, mainstream media, political prosecutions, police brutality, show trials, imprisonment, financial terrorism, & Russian-style elections to fear their government, which is what people have done, even in America & Canada. Not only is that the sad truth but people have looked up to government with divine grace, a theocratic demogogry America's founder's despised. The only way most Americans try to change their government is through voting in Russian & Iranian style elections which look somewhat democratic but are secretly distorted. Two major parties with legal advantage over the independents & third parties? Is that what you call democratic? I call it a sham & a justification for armed insurrection. The founders would be calling for the taking up arms against government as the last resort to change tyrannical government.

There are many differences between Jihadists, Drug Cartels, & Militiamen. Osama Bin Laden was a Jihad fighter who led Al-Qaeda until his demise on May 1-2, 2011 & one of the reasons he was able to have militant power strong enough to occupy a small & inferior country was because of his militant influence, skills, power, & wealth. Timothy McVeigh had the maximum potential to be the libertarian American Osama Bin Laden but unfortunetely McVeigh did not go to the same lengths as Osama Bin Laden to achieve liberation for America & restoration of social contract. Osama Bin Laden was able to hide in relative comfort until his death while McVeigh was arrested during a traffic stop moments after the bombing, never to be a freeman ever again.

Bottom line on this is Osama Bin Laden was able to achieve more of his goals because of the resources, strength & influence he possessed while McVeigh could have gradually took measures to have the same power & influence as Bin Laden only the goals are completely different.

An example of a violent Radical Islam terrorist organization named the Taliban was able to conquer most of Afghanistan for five years, establishing totalitarian rule, which is the opposite of what McVeigh would wish to establish. The Taliban, Al-Qaeda, Hamas, & Hezbollah possess militant like resources & power which has help maintain their strongholds against governments. I staunchly oppose islamic terror groups because of their goal to impose Islam through violence & deliberately target innocent civilians like in the September 11, 2001 attacks.

My position on threats is don't warn the enemy directly of any attacks. The enemy must be struck through the element of suprise as to make them fearful of random attack! The reason plots to halt government through direct action are foiled is because the planning is not secretive enough & informants are not being violently attacked drug cartel style(but in humane way). Resisting the current regime will be like resisting the Nazis. You never know when the enemy will strike & in return it's imperitive to never let the enemy know you're attacking them. One appalling example of a foiled plot to attack federal facilities was when four old men in Georgia were snitched by a f-ing FBI informant(who should be hacked to death drug cartel style) & the plan to save America from tyranny was halted by the cowardly FBI. This illustrates the fact that attacks against the federal government need to be deadlier than attacks done by islamic terror groups like Al-Qaeda while at the same time minimizing innocent civilian casualties when feasible.

America must wake up very soon, even if severe shock & awe terror attacks against government facilities must happen. McVeigh, Nichols, & Fortier are victims of despicable deception & tyranny. Mr. & Mrs. Fortier however are cowards for ratting out McVeigh & Nichols. The FBI is the worst of the federal scum law enforcement & are deserving of more deadly casualties towards employees.

I'm not plotting to attack any facilities but I am saying that I refuse to condemn violence against government due to my outrage at a nearly totalitarian government!

Should True Americans Condone Violence Against Tyrannical Government & It's Material Supporters?

Violent insurrection is an issue that has arised when government becomes too tyrannical for democratic process to handle. Most have looked to voting for change which has failed miserably. There's something seriously wrong with the democratic process & it's undemocratic to have major party laws which protect major parties(democrats, GOP) & alienate or discourage all others. The U.S. Constitution has many flaws that could take years to correct through constitutional amendments as the only way to bypass congress constitutionally would be if 2/3 of state legisltures demanded a constitutional amendment be ratified. There are 50 states & 33 state legislatures would be required to call for constitutional change. Then 3/4 state(36 states) would be required for ratification.

Traditional methods of redress have included voting in elections & appealing to courts which have failed. Representatives have been rewarded against individual's will with six-seven figure salaries & have exploited flaws in democracy to evade being held accountable. Judges have become unaccountable & now have top notch protection from Gestapo. After the murders of Federal Judge Joan Lefkow's Mother & Husband on February 28, 2005 in her Chicago Home, Congress held Hearings on May 18, 2005 about judicial security which would make it easier for judges to elude being held accountable. Lefkow's mother & husband were killed by an angry litigant in a medical malpractice suit which the former had no jurisdiction over so justifying these murders would be unacceptable. It was January 7, 2008 when the judicial security bill became law & judges would feel more confident about their despotness. Many judges in 2005 felt vulnerable to attacks due to their unaccountable, despotic & tyrannical actions.

Legislators have also felt the heat of fury from battered & disgruntled victims. The theocratic actions of legislators who think they can legislate how they see fit with little or no consequence could only be effectively dealt with through retalitory attacks. That asshole senator from Nevada Harry Reid defeated Sharon Angle & it seems our founding fathers would see the only way to dethrone Reid would be through ammunition bucks. John Boehner must be a shmuck for condemning ALL threats against legislators no matter how despotic & tyrannical the threatened legislators are. I bet even if former senator Ted Kennedy were killed mafia style, Boehner would still be asking for the prosecution of the heroic patriot who eliminated that bitch Ted Kennedy. The threat of tyranny is a non-partisan issue & no matter who's in power, tyranny must be killed, even if the streets of DC must run red with the blood of the tyrants!

There were threats & even attacks on scumbag legislators like Tom Perriello & Michael Bennett. I think that whoever threatened these assholes are heroes. In March of 2010 after the health care bill was passed, angry patriots violently attacked socialist democratic party offices & any assholes who voted in favor of the health care bill. I say way to go for the patriots! This should send some kind of message that if you vote for a bill like Obamacare, you will face the godly fury of Columbia, the lady of America! Why the hell should we wait for these asshole legislators to be held accountable on election day when they exploit the democratic process?! So long as no direct action can be taken against these scum until election day, then they'll continue to act like theocratic tyrants! LEgislators are more like career politcians who act like kings!

Let me tell ya bout judges. Thomas Jefferson warned that allowing judges or any branch of government to be the final judge on law is despotic & tyrannical, which could lead to rule of man. That's exactly what the judiciary has been doing. Many judges have ruled as if the laws & constitution are living documents that can only be adequately interpreted by judges. Judges have become commissars for big government & rule of man. With Obamacare upheld, it is truly constitutional. Although having courts strike down laws seems convenient, they are rarely to be trusted. Judges have recieved death threats & not only have federal law enforcement catered to the despotism of the threatened judges but also ignorant non-federal police have protected the tyrannical judiciary as well. Have they no shame? What's the point of having a constitution if judges can freely interpret for themselves what it shall be? Would the rule of law be better protected by giving judges absolute authority to interpret laws or would the rule of law be protected better if individuals were empowered to take direct action against the threat of the rule of man?

Bureaucrats & executives are considered the worst because of their power to take direct enforcement. What happens when the judiciary & legislature are absent & the executive has monopoly on force? We get a military style dictatorship that shows little to no restraint on power. Many places now have people arrested for resisting even the deadliest of police brutality, even if completely illegal. There are plenty of law enforcement types that should be targets of terrorist violence such as BATFE, IRS, DEA, EPA, & many other parasites who do more harm than good. What's even worse is law enforcement is trained to lie & FEMA has been indoctrinating it's terror recruits with anti-seperatist propaganda by claiming Thomas Jefferson & George Washington were evil terrorists. This is false & blasphemous & it's shameful that people must pay for such evil terror training.

FEMA is a terrorist organization & people have a right to use terrorist style attacks against FEMA facilities including bombings, kidnappings of officials & mafia style cut throat executions of superiors. A patriotic hero named Joe Stack flew a plane through an IRS Building in Austin, Texas on February 18, 2010 killing one scumbag employee. The police state grows because serious opposition lacks power. The Nazis were defeated in 1945 because there was militant resistance to them. Winston Churchill became prime minister of UK in 1940 & led the Western Front during World War II for five years against Nazi Germany & Fascist Italy. It is the duty of patriots to take militant action against the current despotic & tyrannical police state government by taking up arms against law enforcement officers & armed force members who are loyal to the regime. Patriots must also encourage armed force members to defect from their oppressive superiors & even mutiny against them, liberating themselves from tyranny & joining the patriotic rebellion. We must honor all who have fallen fighting for liberation against the Leviathan as martyrs. We must send a message that the fallen patriots have not died in vain & that retaliation against tyranny will be more powerful than the crimes committed by the oppressors. The oppressors must be ferociously attacked while at the same time innocent lives shall be preserved to the fullest extend & aide must be handed to all innocents.

But patriots cannot do it alone. They must train those willing to fight against the regime & recruit those who are experts in combat to train new recruits. Gun dealers must personally secede & join the seceding nation, liberating them from BATFE tyranny. Only then will they feel able to supply rebels with arms & ammunition.

Armed insurrection alone cannot bring complete liberation as the media & schools have hijacked hearts & minds of people, making them obedient to the regime & unwilling to support armed liberation. Patriots must also encourage law enforcement officers & armed force members to defect & shoot their superior officers. Patriots must also breach prisons to free political prisoners & recruit violent ones to serve in the rebellion. The lord forgives those who murder as well & if people like Terry Nichols & Eric Randolph who are currently imprisoned in ADX Supermax in Florence, Colorado can change & assist the rebellion with their skills, then they can be forgiven for their "horrible crimes".

The sovereign citizen movement also plays a role in this by asserting individual sovereignty but is not strong enough to oppose tyrannical government as attacks on government facilities are rarely successful. That's why more militant extremism is needed, modeled much after the Jihadist movements. The Chechan seperatist movement is mostly militant & militia movements in America & Canada should follow in the Chechan's footsteps.

What would be awesome is if armed patriots were to raid government armories so as to weaken the regime & strengthen the liberation movement.

How to Hereby Secede

I'm declaring that individuals should join voluntarily & secede from their oppressive governments by declaring a new nation with selected territory & create a sovereign citizenship board to indicate voluntary members inside the jurisdiction of the seceding nation. Should we wait until collective democracies & referendums side with us? Lord knows there's got to be a better way. People will be able to choose for themselves on whether to apply for sovereign citizenship in the new nation while inside the territories or continue to live under the current fascist regime.

My aim is to secede through individualistic means without collective democracy or referendums. What this means is that when some individuals choose to secede & form a new nation with their selected territories, everyone else who elects not to join will not be forced to accept the new nation & can continue to be a citizen of their old nation while continuing to reside in the same territories.

How will civics work with more than one government authority within the same territory? You just have to individually elect a citizenship available in your residing territory. If individuals residing in Texas have decided to personally seced & form the Second Republic of Texas without chipping the State of Texas from the Union, residing Texans could choose whether to join the Republic of Texas as a sovereign citizen or continue with U.S. Citizenship.

Many people view this as non-sense & non-feasible. Individuals from the Colonies personally seceded in 1776 from Great Britain without referendum or collective democracy & within several years have prevailed. British rule in the seceding colonies came to an end & British Loyalists fled to Canada. We can make secession easier & faster by gradually accumulating individuals & eventually removing foreign claims to the territory or states of the seceding state.

Representation would be based on sovereign citizens residing in the designated district. In order for things to work we need to have a sovereign citizen quota before establishing a serious confederation such as 5,000-30,000 per state. However, when a state is admitted, it can never have it's state status revoked unless done voluntarily.

We need to decide what territory will be included & what original states will be admitted. The New Confederate States would include the original states as well as Arizona, New Mexico, West Virginia, Oklahoma, & Maryland.

Why should we skip right to individual secession instead of democracy? With fascist-socialist Obamacare, gun control, oppressive taxation, broken government with no chance of reform, endless wars, fiat currency, show trials, fascist regulations, drug wars, youth apartheid, debt, & other shit it's no wonder why patriots are calling for violence against their government,

What if we could individually secede & form a new nation of our own. The country we seceded from will be considered foreign & should it strike, we shall strike back harder. Sovereign citizens shall carry arms for defense against the fascist totalitarian snakes that threaten self-determination.

We need a constitutional revolution

The US Constitution is supposedly a classical liberal document tugged by Federalists which created the federal government. However, this document is broad & interpreted to FAVOR the federal government. The checks & balances have failed & amending the constitution is long. The problem with the US Constitution for one is there's no direct way constitutionally to repeal policy without Congress & the president(without 2/3 majority veto override). The only way for any policy to be changed without any action from any of the three branches of government whatsoever is for 2/3 of states to call for a constitutional convention or constitutional amendment.

The 2/3 states majority could be the key to securing the right of recall, referendum, & initiative in a constitutional amendment. States should keep nullifying unconstitutional & despotic federal laws but the federal government will come down with a hard-line hand, fueling higher morale for militant action against federal law enforcement. Amending the constitution to secure recall, referendum, & intitiative will NOT grant those right but rather REINFORCE making clear that these are in fact unalienable rights. Hopefully I could start a movement to speed up the process by uniting the state legislatures for emergency meetings on the question of calling for a constitutional amendment to be passed, calling for direct democracy & the threat of eliminating elected officials from office at any time & even making the process of amending the constitution shorter & simpler.

The following constitutional amendments should have:

• Recall of ALL elected officials & judges(if good reason can be established such as breach of powers)
• Right to initiative, modeled after Switzerland
• Referendum
• Only require 3-6 states propose constitutional amendment & require 2/3 of states, unanimous for increase in federal power
• Alternate run off voting
• Tax increase requires 2/3 majority

A new & direct check & balance alongside nullification is needed. We could replace Congress impeaching bad officials with direct initiative.

I'm considering going back in time to help the Confederacy win the American Civil War by influencing the outcome of victory. If I am successful, we would have Two Americas, the Yankees & Dixies. The United States would be larger.

With initiatives, we can repeal bad policy that is long overdue for repeal without the dysfunctional congress. We won't be battered by congress, the president & the courts to reform our government.

Come to think of it, the right to petition for grievences could be the right to override laws through initiative. What is an absolute disgrace is that in 2009-10, the New Jersey Supreme Court overruled this right by ruling there is no right to recall federal senators(ruling it was unconstitutional despite the constitution mentioning nothing about prohibitions on recall.)

The state department will present barriers too & it would be tempting to pull out a gun & shoot. But we can't rely on the courts to do justice & we must apply pressure to the state departments to call for fair initiative, even if we have to violently fight the police.

America's founding fathers changed their government by defying Great Britain. British law made by parliment would not allow for change in government, which is what the founders did & were successful.

What America needs is to be re-organized. It's like filing for bankrupcy only we are not completely replacing the U.S. Constitution but recognizing that the federal government has become illigitemate & a new government is needed. The limited government principles go unchanged but numerous flaws are fixed. This event would be very similar to the U.S. Constitution replacing the Articles of Confederation. We are simply declaring our federal government illigitimate in it's current form.

We should divide the US into several other countries such as former Confederate territory being the Confederate Sates of America, Vermont being an independent republic if it chooses to do so, & the rest being the United Democratic States of America.

We cannot rely upon Congress to reform government since it is in need of reform itself. We have a constitutional crisis here & it must be addressed now more than ever.
There are over 20,000 gun control laws on the books & pro gun states need to secede in order to supply weapons in case there's a need for armed defense against tyrannical government. Montana is one of those states. There are plenty of pro-gun states but we need to ensure that there are enough guns & ammunition to protect ourselves from tyranny & take back the guns stolen by the federal regime.

I expect there to be civil unrest that will demand reform of government which will be a revolution.

We have a god given right to alter or abolish our government whether the government itself likes it or not. Only alter our government the way it's law says is like only being able to speak freely in a way that does not violate government law whatsoever, implying that it's a mere privilage.

The 1st amendment makes clear that government may NEVER impose any law which restricts free worship, free speech, peaceful assembly, free press, & right to petition for grievences. People take the right of petition for granted because they feel petitions are nothing more than symbolic or are the same as free speech. If that were true, it would NOT make that clear & would not have a point. Petition is a statement of signatures demanding a certain democratic action be taken such as a referendum. The courts should not rule initiatives unconstitutional, making the judiciary despotic.

Let's send a message that we'll reform government the Patriotic 1776 way!

Government Agencies That Are Actually Criminal Organizations

There are plenty of government agencies that have terrorized good people & even had them imprisoned in corrupt show trial courts. These government agencies have lowered standards of living & brought socialism & fascism to America.

TSA: This criminal-terrorist organization is notorious for molestation & theft. This gang of pedophiles engage in molesting passengers under "security" reasons that are unrelated to security. The courts are not doing justice & the reason this criminal organization can evade accountability is because they're a government agency. I heard a story just the day before the Tucson Shooting back in 2011 about a package addressed to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was explosive but failed to reach the destination after a postal worker discovered somethin funky bout that package. I'd like to see the TSA been blown to bits & be finished for good!

BATFE: This organization gives America a bad bad name. Why, because gun control is un-American & that's exactly what these jack booted terrorists are enforcing. Terrorists that should go BOOM! I'm not implying that anyone should bomb any buildings but the BATFE's crimes are so horrible that every moment of their operation is a threat more serious than Al-Qaeda. The courts again have refused to strike down laws the BATFE is enforcing.

IRS: This agency should be labeled a terrorist organization by tax havens such as Liechtenstein & Monaco. Why? Because the IRS seeks to destroy people's economic status by enforcing complicated & awful tax laws that are actually unconstitutional. Working families now must produce two incomes compared to just the husband working in most families during the 1950's because of the income tax. The IRS doesn't care if the taxation will destroy the economy & turn the nation into a communist country. All that matters to the IRS is a paycheck & enforcing Nazi-Communist tax laws will pay the IRS. These terrorists finally got punk'd when a heroic patriot named Joe Stack flew his Piper Dakota plane into an IRS building in Austin, Texas on February 18, 2010 killing an IRS thug Vernon Hunter & injuring 13. Look, it's nothing personal it's just that the only way to deal with these terrorists is to terrorize the terrorists.

FEC: Handicapping minor party/independent candidates with complicated campaign finance laws, this organization has tolerated mass political corruption, defended career politicians(McCain-Feingold), & have made elections a haven for democrats/republicans & hopeless for others. This corrupt organization has no good use & should be disbanded, replacing it with non-partisan, non-governmental election boards whose only purpose is to faithfully & honestly supervise elections & count the votes.

FDA: Whose natural & godly authority is it to decide what people can eat or drink? The FDA thinks it does have the power but it's damn wrong. No one has the power to decide the health of people. Abolishing the FDA will send that message.

DEA: The War on Drugs is their game by ruining millions of good people's lives. These Nazis are not keeping the people safe & their presence as a government agency is not welcome here!

Federal Reserve: Undermining the value of a dollar, these counterfeiters have printed money out of thin air & created booms that have turned into box office busts.

These are just some of the Nazi-terrorist organizations part of the federal government. Acts of violent retaliation against these Nazi-Terrorist organizations should be condoned & praised because doing so would be like resisting the Nazis during World War II.

Is America heading towards a one-party state?

Here in America behind closed doors we have planned elections that are rigged with electronic voting machines & lack of ethics in who counts the votes. The Demcrat/Republican establishments both want a one-party state in which those opposed to either socialism or fascism are expelled from political decision making, which in a one-party state is decided mostly by party bosses.

Allow me to describe a new word for combining socialism & fascism together: neo-communism. Neo-Communism is a contempory era word describing a sociaty that is both socialist & fascist in different parts. Of course, capitalism is non-existent as it is replaced by state-business corporatism. Nazism could be another word for it. If America is to have capitalism destroyed, it will be replaced by Nazism & Neo-Communism, which I do not want to happen. Nazism is despised the most out of Communism, Socialism, Fascism, & Radical Islam.

The Obama-Romney race is a political sham show to distract the masses from the growing threat of Neo-Communism & a one-party Neo-Communist state the establishment Democrats & Republicans support. Tea Partiers would be horrified at this idea & they should be. If we don't dramatically change the elections to bring about fairness, the Democratic & Republican parties will be merged to form a Democratic-Republican Union party that is undemocratic & totalitarian. I can expect this to become a reality in only a few years.

It doesn't have to be this way however since I have outlines solutions such as secession, forced supervision of elections to guarentee fairness & competition, & re-organization of the United States.

The checks & balances except for nullification by the states is inadequate, inferior & unacceptably broken considering how autocratic judges are nominated based on partisanship, congresspeople can give themselves a pay raise, bureaucrats are part of the 1% elite ruling class whose best career desire is to collect over $100K paychecks ripping off the 99% rather than obeying the constitution, no set criteria for limits on when the debt ceiling can be raised, broad provisions open to interpretation, & difficulty & length concerning the ratification of the constitution when noticable flaws are in need of amendment.

Of course, 99% of what the criminal U.S. government does IS unconstitutional & thus should be considered a rogue government. There are plenty of government agencies that should be viewed as rogue criminal organizations but I will describe each in another blog.

Anyway, if we don't change this dangerous path soon, America truly WILL be a one-party regime. But it doesn't have to be that way since militia groups will bravely be militant in fighting the one-party state.

Steps to Achieving Electoral Fairness victory

Step 1: Eliminate Major Party Status Laws. I've talked about this in my last three blogs & my plan for demolishing major party status laws is challenging the constitutionality of them by DEMANDING the courts strike them down, forcing all candidates & parties to abide by the same rules.

Step 2: Take strict & careful steps to prevent voter fraud: Elections in America are truly fraudulent & it's a shame that now elections will need international supervision most likely from the Swiss. The 2014 elections are likely to be the most high profiled & landmark elections in American history because it will be the first in which all parties/candidates have equal fair shot at winning. The key to having honest elections is to supervise them closely & have paper ballots.

Step 3: Fair campaign finance rules that treat everyone equal. Establishment candidates like Barack Obama & Mitt Romney are well funded by the big banks & socialist millionaires like the Rockefellers & George Soros.  This must be stopped. Campaigns requires so much money that only well funded candidates most of the time can sell. Campaign donations shall be subject to strict voters only donations. Any candidate in violation of this rule will be eliminated from the ballot before the election. To enforce this requirement each shall be required to disclose all campaign contributions at the last week of the election in which no further contributions will be allowed.

Step 4: Form a media station to compete with the mainstream CNN, MSNBC, & Fox News. The big three will ignore the minor party/independent candidates & it's our duty to spread the word. TheBlaze has that potential. Glenn Beck is the strongest player here & will lead the 2014 revolution. Ron Paul will play as a commentor along with Judge Andrew Napolitano in promoting Libertarian/Constitution party candidates, inviting them as guests on their shows. I sure hope TheBlaze makes an effort to drive millions away from the Democratic & Republican parties & break a world record.

Step 5: Preferal voting & majority elections. This will make elections more fair & democratic as each voter will have two yes votes on two candidates they prefer to win while each voter also has unlimited no votes. Each candidate can recieve only one yes or no vote. If no candidate gets over 50% of yes votes then there shall be a runoff election 35 days after the general between the top two.

With your efforts in implimenting these steps, we'll make the 2014 elections the most landmark elections in American History.

For the 4th of July, Let's Have a New Pledge

OOOOOOHHHHHHH! We the People of the motherland known as Yankee America hereby decree that we follow the Declaration of Independence, which calls for overthrowing a tyrannical government. We must follow that tradition of direct action just like the patriots did during the American Revolution if our government becomes tyrannical. For we shall never surrender in the face of tyranny, to achieve the same victory as our founding fathers in defeating the beast known as government. With the holy lord & Christ by our side, we can be free & brave!!!
