The Cancer of Multiculturalism & non-Western immigration & how it can be Defeated

It's no secret President Donald Trump has called out mass African, Islamic, & Mesoamerican immigration & has even called for U.S. immigration policies to be made easier for White Europeans to immigrate to the U.S.

While I would like to see a more explicitly but soft pro-White stance taken from Trump on immigration, I am very satisfied with the numerous proposals he has put forward such as making it more difficult or even impossible for immigrants to receive citizenship or permanent residence if they are prone to needing government welfare benefits(which typically attracts 3rd world immigrants). I would also like to see Donald Trump talk more about the Anti-White crap being spewed by Left wing scoundrels.

The War on Whites can no longer be ignored thanks to someone who openly calls for White America to be phased out being on the editorial board of the New York Times(historically the most influential newspaper of the past century). The only benefit for Western civilization that can come from someone like Sarah Jeong(pictured above) is it provides someone like Donald Trump the ability to claim White people as a community are being attacked by powerful news organizations like the New York Times as they have embraced Jeong's presence there.

Now to talk about multiculturalism, diversity, & mass immigration. Here are the questions that must be asked whenever we deal with policies relating to demographics, culture, & immigration:

• Has multiculturalism lead to a more unified society or a more divided society?
• Has mass 3rd world immigration improved or depleted the quality of life & cohesion of society?
• How is diversity our greatest strength or weakness?
• What future will White people in places like North America & Europe have if they become a small minority like Afrikaners in South Africa?

These are not tough questions to answer unless you have too much cowardice in you. Even when "Conservatives" embrace diversity & multiculturalism, have they ever seriously pondered how their children & grandchildren would be living in a future where Whites are a margainalized minority, hated by a leftist elite backed by a 3rd world voting population?

There are actually laws passed by the Black-Supremacist ANC(African National Congress) that deprive many Whites(even skilled ones) of employment opportunities & many poor Whites in South Africa are not given proper social assistance to rebuild their lives. in fact, if many of them were relocated to a country like the United States, Australia, or in European countries, they would become middle-class self supporting productive members of society in practically no time.

If Republicans were to show pictures of poor White South Africans during the midterms in key races & tell White Suburban Women this could be the future of your children & grandchildren if Democrats gain power & if immigration policies are not established to guarantee Whites remain the majority as well as cite how mass 3rd world immigration, primarily Muslim immigration has led to an increase in terrorism & a lower quality of life for Great Britain.

Donald Trump was right to chastise 3rd world immigration into Europe as leading to a worse society. Many White majority countries have lost much of the cohesion & stability they've enjoyed before massive 3rd world immigration.

Sweden for example is suffering from an unprecedented rise in crime thanks to egalitarian multicultural immigration policies with 3rd world vermin damaging the quality of life & safety of Sweden. Scandinavian countries were known as Blonde, high trust paradises but now have lost much of their cohesion & quality of life. Cities such as Stockholm & Malmo have been infected with migrant scum!

 

However, there is great hope for Sweden as Sweden Democrats(Right-Wing Populist-Nationalist) led by Jimmie Akesson(pictured left) are rising in the polls in the upcoming Swedish election to be held on September 9.

Sweden Democrats could receive as much as 20-25% of the vote. The center-left Social Democrats led by Stefan Lofven on the other hand will definitely lose seats as their vote share will sink to below 21-26%, the lowest vote for the center-left Social Democrats since 1911. Even traditional center to center-right parties are adopting similar Anti-Immigration policies of the right-wing Sweden Democrats.

Surprisingly enough left-wing parties combined have lost much of the non-Scandinavian vote. Even Sweden Democrats have massive support from some people of foreign background(those that integrate well that is).

The Social Democrats have only themselves to blame for their decline in vote share, having never polled below 1/3rd of the vote from between 1921-2006. Recent polling indicates Social Democrats under Stefan Lofven could very well be reduced to less than 1/4th of parliament while the Sweden Democrats will at the very least occupy between 1/5th to 1/4th of parliament, becoming the first party to overtake the Social Democrats in terms of seats since 1914.

Based on polling data, Sweden Democrats could become part of the next government, giving Sweden the opportunity to save itself from the multicultural cancer it has been suffering under. In fact, center-right parties may likely have to join a government headed by Jimmie Akesson.

Sweden has been the most well known victim of multiculturalism or "cultural enrichment" depending on how you word it. Donald Trump has spoken out numerous times of how multiculturalism & 3rd world immigration/integration into first world White majority societies has been cancerous to 1st world/white majority peoples.

As left-wing anarchists proudly tear down "Confederate" monuments & declare war on White people, what will happen once Whites come down to becoming a minority in America?

If Democrats were to take power & Whites were to become a minority, what would stop them from enacting policies in South Africa such as the 1998 Employment Equity act & Black Economic Empowerment which have sought to dis-empower successful White South Africans & create a new Bantu ruling political class while driving some Whites into poverty. The fact that former Democrat President Barack Obama has praised South Africa's ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa(himself a beneficiary of Black Economic Empowerment cronyism) gives you the idea of what Democrats will do once they have the demographic changes needed to secure a permanent majority.

Another reason to fear Democrat control of government is if they have enough unchallenged political power far-left militias will be emboldened to commit genocidal acts of violence against Conservatives, Nationalists, & White Identitarians.


Venezuela Neo-Marxism is another example of what's to happen should Left-wing politicians take power. How does Venezuela relate to multiculturalism & demographics u may ask? Left-wing politicians rely on 3rd world vermin to immigrate to white majority countries to provide a reliable voting bloc for the left-wing scum so they will not be held accountable at the ballot box like they were for examples including the 2016 U.S. Presidential election, 2018 Italian populist landslide, 2015 Polish elections, & let's not forget Victor Orban's Hungary might as well have Christian National Conservatism be the dominant political ideology in Hungary with no hope for left-wing cultural marxism to come to power through democratic elections.

Whites becoming a minority in America will open up the opportunity for left-wing politics in the mold of Venezuela & Zimbabwe to occur where food shortages are massively common & standards of living plummet.

Fortunately, President Donald Trump has noticed what is going on in South Africa thanks to Tucker Carlson mentioning it on his Fox News show. This has helped make White identity partially mainstream as Americans will be asking in the coming months what will happen should Whites become a minority in not just the United States of America but the Western World.

The United States is seen as an example to much of the Western world but we should also accept examples from other leaders such as Hungary's Victor Orban who envisions a society guided by White Christian morals. Since New World countries such as the United States of America, Canada, Australia, & New Zealand for examples were founded as & made for White Europeans, immigration laws should be favorable to preserving the White majority of those countries.  The 1965 Hart-Cellar Immigration act should be repealed with a replacement immigration bill be dedicated to preserving America's demographics as a White majority nation.

Immigration policy MUST include long-term planning which means policymakers must be more concerned about how certain immigration policies will affect the future of their children & grandchildren. Every member of Congress who votes on immigration policy must be asked "How will my children & grandchildren's live be should Whites become a minority, outnumbered & outvoted by a coalition of anti-white blacks & browns?"

Two major Mid-Term events that could all but accelerate GOP victories

Talk of a blue wave has been dwindling as 2018 brought in a better economy due to the Tax Cuts. Though Democrats have lost the double digit leads they've had in mid 2017, Republicans still have to do the work of campaigning with the tens of millions they have on hand. The RNC has vastly outrasied the broke DNC(who has to keep borrowing to survive). It's reported that the RNC(Republican National Committee) has raised over 210 million with 50 million dollars cash on hand, most donations coming from small individual donors. This contrasts with the DNC(Democratic National Committee) which has just 10 million cash on hand AND is in debt. If there's supposedly a "Blue Wave" why aren't the record donations going to the Democrats? Why is the DNC having to borrow money to keep up with operations while the RNC has abundance of resources for campaigns. Link to article below:

While the GOP has numerous advantages in fundraising, platform, ground-game, & a 2018 U.S. Senate election map(Democrats are defending 10 states that Trump won in 2016, 5 of which Romney won in 2012) favoring Republicans(only 2 GOP held seats out of the 9 are expected to be seriously competitive, one in which Hillary Clinton won). In my opinion, the numerous U.S. Senate races would help increase GOP turnout, given the base's dissatisfaction with how the U.S. Senate is failing to enact the MAGA agenda due to Democrat obstruction(Republicans hold 51 seats compared to Democrats holding 49 seats) & stop any chances of Democrat regaining control of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Major pollsters including Larry Sabato are predicting Democrats will win enough seats to have a majority in the U.S. House of Representatives but don't forget the same pollsters predicted Hillary Clinton would win every state Barack Obama won in 2012 plus North Carolina, thus winning the U.S. Presidency. Larry Sabato predicted just two days before the election in 2016 that Hillary Clinton would win 322 electoral votes. Plus, two U.S. Senate races in 2016 for Wisconsin & Pennsylvania predicted Democrat challengers had between a 67 to 87% chance of winning but BOTH GOP incumbents of those states won re-election along with Donald Trump winning both of those states.

Don't automatically believe the same pollsters who said Donald Trump has a single to low double digit chance of winning the presidency. Instead, observe the circumstances surrounding each election & the issues being presented & made focus on but don't completely discredit polls because internal polling has still made accurate predictions.

Anyway, there are two major events that could spark & accelerate GOP turnout for the 2018 midterm elections:

Confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court before October

Following the retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy, should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed before the 2018 midterm elections, this will not only solidify a Constitutional Originalist majority on the U.S. Supreme Court for an untold number of decades but also depress Democrat turnout. Kavanaugh if confirmed would be the 2nd most conservative U.S. Supreme Court Justice(behind Clarence Thomas), as well as being the most America-First jurist.

Just minutes after being officially nominated by President Donald Trump, protests emerged with some of the craziest statements against Kavanaugh. I've heard statements from a certain U.S. Senator equating Kavanaugh with being pure evil! There are even Senate Democrats who have stated their opposition to anyone President Trump appoints even before they're appointed. Plus, Litmus tests such as upholding Roe v. Wade & Obamacare have been demanded by all but a few Senate Democrats and even two Senate Republicans(Lisa Murkowski & Susan Collins), though I think Collins & Murkowski may just be speculating. The left can scream all they want about how this is a travesty but Brett Kavanaugh will likely get confirmed thanks to a handful of GOP dominant state Democrats facing competitive re-election battles.

Kavanaugh's confirmation could cause a chain reaction among Democrats, causing them to develop a sense of learned helplessness, knowing the U.S. Supreme Court will have a solid 5-4 majority for at least 2 to 3 decades. The only two U.S. Supreme Court justices above the USA's average life expectancy(77 for males, 82 for females) are Ruth Bader Ginsburg(Age 85), & Stephen Breyer(Age 80) & both had been appointed by Bill Clinton(Democrat) & are both leftists. That means Donald Trump could potentially leave the U.S. Supreme Court with a 7-2 Conservative majority. Clarence Thomas(age 70) will become the most senior Associate Justice due to Justice Kennedy's retirement. Justice Thomas was appointed by George H.W. Bush(Republican) in 1991 & is the most conservative U.S. Supreme Court justice on the court as of 2018, though there are rumors Thomas could retire as early as 2019, making it critical for Conservatives to help retain & enlarge the GOP majority in the U.S. Senate. Ginsburg & Breyer could retire next year as well due to their age, health problems, & sense of learned helplessness for American liberalism. Also, the Conservative base will be galvanized & excited to give the Senate GOP caucus a super-majority.

Jim Jordan has been an amazing MAGA crusader & the Freedom Caucus should be proud of itself for being the moral conscience of House Republicans. Just like President Donald Trump, Jim Jordan has never been afraid to fight hard fights, even when others in GOP leadership went the wrong way. How would rep. Jim Jordan becoming Speaker of the House galvanize GOP turnout?

Jim Jordan is also the founding father of the House Freedom Caucus & is unafraid to stand up to the enemies of America's prosperity. Could anyone imagine the impact of a Jim Jordan speakership?

I would describe Representative Jim Jordan as the General George Patton & Douglas MacArthur of U.S. Congress. Not only does Jim Jordan look similar to General MacArthur(pictured right) but is willing to fight hard fights & seek victory. Anything less of victory is considered unacceptable to someone like Rep. Jordan. Jordan wants to deliver on the promises made to the American people & help President Donald Trump secure America's future.

Not only will America have a U.S. President that fights for the American people but America will also have a House Speaker that fights for the American people by having MAGA legislation passed as well as unveiling the corruption & the remnants of the Bureaucratic Deep State.

Paul Ryan's wing of the GOP(open borders, "free" trade, & special interests) is coming to an end. According to Occam's razor, the reason for the likes of Paul Ryan retiring includes acknowledging Trump's rising accomplishments. Trump prevented any potential World War III that would cause the worst human suffering in world history.

So glad to see Paul Ryan retiring. The good people of Wisconsin's 1st congressional district won't have to vote for this douchebag loser ever again.

Jim Jordan on the other hand has been gaining national news attention & momentum & could very well become the next Speaker of the House. A pivotal scenario in which Jim Jordan can rest on to become Speaker of the House is courting swing-district Republicans seeking re-election to support his bid for speakership, convincing them it will galvanize the GOP base, raising turnout & preventing those seats from being flipped to Democrats.

Jim Jordan becoming House Speaker would not only save numerous GOP help seats from being lost to Democrats but also help flip numerous Democrat held seats as well.

Democrats suffer big losses from U.S. Supreme Court upholding Trump Travel Ban & striking down Forced Union Dues.

Democrats have suffered massive losses to their neo-Marxist agenda. First off, Trump's Travel Ban temporarily barring travel from certain Muslim majority countries(as well as a couple non-Muslim rogue states) has been upheld. Second, Public Sector Unions will no longer be allowed to compel non-union public sector employees to pay union dues, which typically go to funding political campaigns for left-wing Democrats. Both of these ruling were made with a 5-4 vote.

The U.S. Supreme court ruling striking down automatic forced union dues is Janus v. AFSCME.

Above is the map of Right to Work vs. Forced unionism states. Isn't it coincidental that nearly all forced unionism states lean to solid Democrat or historically Democrat states? However, the fact is now that public sector union workers are freed from being forced to pay union dues if they are not part of the particular union allowed to forcibly collect union dues from non-members.

Major public sector unions have had virtual guaranteed monopolies as they have been allowed to collect union dues from all public workers regardless of membership status. Public sector unions have used forced dues to fund left-wing political causes, with states such as California, Illinois, & New York being poster examples.

Unions are supposed to be there for the benefit of the workers like they once were decades ago. Up until about 40-50 years ago, unions were to stand up for workers to fight back against mistreatment from employers. Conventional wisdom would dictate unions doing what's best for workers they represent but if workers are forced to join a union or required to pay dues regardless of membership, that defeats the original purpose unions were established for.

A perfect example includes the above chart on how much money was spent trying to promote Proposition 30 Tax Hikes. Public Sector Unions comprised a majority of the spending associated with tax hikes. That's the same amount spent by Gavin Newsom before California's June 5 primary. Antonio Villaraigosa also spent roughly just under the same amount Gavin Newsom spent but placed in a distant 3rd at 13.2%. John Cox was outspent 5 to 1 yet managed to place double digits in 2nd place over Villaraigosa. Unions have been major contributors to the California Democratic Party syndicate & unfortunately the California Democrats will not automatically surrender if they feel like they have a path to beat their opposition.

California has passed a law in anticipation of the Janus decision that will mitigate the "negative" effects of Janus ruling. Hopefully, more litigation will be filed against these corrupt, mafia like Unions & eventually lead to Unions being unable to escape being held fully accountable for funding bad politics. Employers & Right-to-Work advocacy groups will continue fighting the corrupt influence of big labor.

I know 4th of July has passed but the fact that Big Labor unions are no longer allowed to coercively deduct public employee pay(regardless of union membership) means a lot despite not ending in a total victory for opponents of monopolized labor. Unions will eventually be forced to compete for workers as the workers now have more leverage, crippling big labor's status as a 4th branch of government.

The days of public sector unions acting as a 4th branch of government, exerting power over the legislative & executive branches of state governments could come to an end if this pattern keeps going.

Like the communist regimes of Eastern Europe collapsing in the late 1980's(including the Fall of the Berlin Wall), Democrat controlled states will soon see red waves in states such as Washington, Oregon, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Colorado, & even California.

Immigration Bulletin:Kids in Cages?Separations at the Border?Calls to Abolish ICE?

The most noted lie produced by the Mainstream Media is a toddler crying because her mother was detained by a Border Patrol Agent. Truth is this little girl was kidnapped by her mother, trekked through the cruel unforgiving & hot desert going through cartel infested territory, hostile & poisonous fauna, & dangerous travel conditions(migrants have hopped on top of trains). Besides, such as young child could be crying because she wants to go home to her father(her mother separated her from her father).

Claims about "Kids in Cages" were photos from 2014-16, at the height of the 2014 Unaccompanied Minor Migrant Crisis. Even as President Trump signs executive order to prohibit separation of migrant families in detention facilities under "Zero Tolerance", the left-Democrats won't accept that because their ultimate desire is open borders, importing future Democrat voters.

Democrats have already lost support of the middle-class & moderates, their pivotal swing voters, so Democrats need a permanent under-class of destitute, ignorant welfare-dependent voters where middle & high income earners are forced to subsidies them while the political elites give themselves pay raises & luxurious lifestyles. Democrats could care less if middle or even high income earners live lower standards of living than the illegal alien parasites who vote Democrat.

The Democrats in a nutshell: Third-World illegal aliens first, including the most vicious cold-blooded "animals" known as MS-13.

There has never been a more evident different between Republican vs. Democrat. While Republicans are more likely to put American interests first, Democrats are more than likely to put 3rd World interests first. Democrat politicians even call for the abolition of ICE(Immigration & Customs Enforcement). Despite efforts from the Trump administration to ensure families remain together when facing eventual deportation, the left Democrats refuse to accept anything other than open borders & unlimited immigration from 3rd world.

Interesting Ideas on How to Accomplish Partitioning California

I know I've talked a lot about California partitions before on this blog but how could California possibly be partitioned? Issues include water rights, university/college systems, prisons, pensions, entitlements, etc. as reasons for opposing partition. I've heard about Tim Draper's proposal to split California in 3 but his proposal is deeply flawed & stupid.

Although the counties of San Diego, Orange, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Inyo, Mono, Kings, Tulare, Fresno, & Madera should certainly either form their own state or be transferred to neighboring state like Nevada & Arizona, the remaining two are deeply flawed as Upstate California would be forced under Bay Area rule. Plus, the above proposal would be overwhelmingly shot down as Conservatives fear creating two more Democrat states.

Tim Draper's proposed "South California" is almost identical to the 2011 proposal Jeff Stone made with the difference being Mariposa(not included in Draper's Proposal)(pictured left). Also, Draper's proposal neglects "State of Jefferson" as they would still be forced under Democrat rule. Most proposals for State of Jefferson have included some counties from Oregon(pictured right). I would name "South California" Mojave for better naming though.

Another option could include having counties of "South California" & "Jefferson" be transferred to neighboring states such as Arizona, Nevada, & Oregon. Arizona would receive following counties of San Diego, Imperial, Orange, Riverside, & San Bernardino south of the 35th parallel. Nevada would receive counties such as San Bernardino north of the 35th parallel, Kern, Mono, Inyo, Tulare, Kings, Fresno, Madera, Plumas*, Lassen*, Modoc*, Shasta*, Tehama*, Butte*, & Glenn*. Oregon would receive counties such as Del Norte, Siskiyou, Trinity, Humboldt, Mendocino, Plumas*, Lassen*, Modoc*, Shasta*, Tehama*, Butte*, & Glenn*. *=Counties that could be transferred to Oregon or Nevada depending upon negotiations.

These two proposals depend on how negotiations go. It's likely next year that Democrats in California will not have a 2/3rds majority necessary to raise taxes for Gavin Newsom's "Single-Payer" healthcare proposal. It's no secret California's been horribly mismanaged & unions have influenced it's state politics! How could the Democrat dominated legislature possibly consent to allowing "South California" & Jefferson to split away from California?

This has made me think about Donald Trump's recent meeting with Kim Jong Un of North Korea in convincing the latter to de-nuclearize & improve conditions for his people. Kim Jong Un want's to be accepted by the World & have a seat at the "Big Guys" table. The Korea Summit Trump made it in Kim Jong Un's best interest to accept Trump's deal.

I've been thinking, in the likely even of a Gavin Newsom Gubernatorial victory in California, Trump could make a deal & give many things Gavin Newsom wants. Newsom has shown himself to be narcissistic just like Kim Jong Un. Newsom also want to implement something called "Single-Payer" healthcare which would cost $400 billion. Plus, there are over $200 billion in unfunded liabilities(forget the budget surplus) & massive debt California has.

Gavin Newsom likes to be the most popular guy in town. He is also a big party boy as well. Given how power mad California's One-Party political establishment is, it will be a challenge for Donald Trump to convince them to surrender certain counties either to form two new states or join neighboring states. Here are some points of negotiation & leverage Donald Trump's administration can use to convince California Democrats to play ball.

Democrats would have a safe 2/3rds supermajority to raise taxes(to pay for Single-Payer)
Single-Payer healthcare is one of Gavin Newsom's promises made to Progressive voters. Though the 2018 elections will likely result in Gavin Newsom becoming Governor, California's state legislature will likely not have democrats having more than 2/3rds for both chambers necessary to raise taxes. A handful of State Assembly seats held by Democrats are likely to be flipped by GOP challengers, eliminating Democrat's 2/3rds supermajority. Plus, even some Democrats in the State Assembly have rejected Single-Payer due to it's $400 billion price tag. Should South California & Jefferson be formed or counties from those proposed states get transferred to other neighboring states, Democrats in both chambers would have larger majorities in their state legislature. Also, given that most California voters oppose the Gas Tax hike that Gavin Newsom supports, Newsom could even consider allowing certain GOP-leaning counties to leave with certain conditions. Even if California doesn't partition, a deal could be reached with State Assembly Republicans to improve conditions for certain regions to California & make it more affordable.

Gavin Newsom has a massive ego & is very narcissistic, having the desire to be popular
Gavin Newsom seems to be making the 2018 Gubernatorial race about himself & about his opposition to Donald Trump. Should the 2018 midterms become a disaster for Democrats, Gavin Newsom may feel like it's in his own best interest to allow South California & Jefferson to secede from California & form their own states if trump offers Newsom a great deal such as Health & Human Services agreeing to fund part of Newsom's universal Health Care proposal as well as pay off some of California's pension liabilities while handing over some of the debt to Jefferson & South California. Gavin Newsom just like Kim Jong Un wants to be universally liked & given how the Korea summit went, Gavin Newsom will likely have to negotiate with Trump & with some Assembly & Senate GOP members to accomplish some goals.

Trump & Congress could agree to pay off much of the unfunded liabilities & pay off some of California's state debt as well as assign portions of that debt to the newly created states based upon respective GDPs
California has an embarrassing unfunded liabilities problem as well as massive debt. California also has untapped natural resources restricted because of crazy environmentalist interest groups. The federal government could take control of the natural resources of California to pay off unfunded liabilities & debts as well as agree to fund some of the water storage programs & desalination. California also has the highest gas prices not just because of Gas Tax but because of Cap n Trade regulations. If Trump can convince Gavin Newsom & the Democrats of an alternative that does not not place burden on cost of living & business, then a deal can be made to replace cap n trade with a revenue neutral Carbon Tax that does not place undue burden on economy.

Interstate Compacts can be made to solve issues such as water rights, education, prisons, entitlements, etc.
California's state legislature could voice their concerns associated with partition with the federal government establishing interstate compacts such as giving California some of Jefferson's water rights & building more water storage, colleges giving in-state tuition to those from the partitioned states(California, South California, Jefferson) & treating them as one university system for a certain amount of time. The federal government can partially manage some of the entitlements for California's state government so people as a result of partition don't have to worry about losing them. In some cases, prisoners can be transferred to federal prisons if they cannot be transferred to a suitable prison of their residence.

California as part of the deal could act like 3 separate states but be one state for Federal purposes
Instead of having 3 states outright, California could instead have three different state legislatures & three different executives as another option with each making their own laws & regulations. Another option would be to give autonomy to South California & Jefferson, exempting them from some of California's laws & regulations. California could model itself after Switzerland where instead of having one chief executive, there could be 5 with 3 of them being election by region & top two vote getters being voted at large. Plus, the functions of the state legislature would be restricted with county & local governments establishing tax policy & the state government collecting 30% of tax revenues. While the state legislature would make laws, the county & local governments would mostly implement them.

Above are links for two movements to breakaway from the Los Angeles-San Francisco Axis of Power. Unlike Tim Draper's proposals to partition California via ballot initiative without any plan of governance, New California & Jefferson will do it based on Constitutional means. New California already is in the process of establishing it's state government. What's needed is for California's state legislature to be given an incentive, a deal to allow partition. Trump is a master negotiator & I'm certain with him negotiating a great deal & with a stronger GOP majority in the U.S. Senate next year, this will be possible.

Another alternative could be Congress invoking Article 4, Section 4 Guarantee Clause by forcing states to give greater autonomy to local & county governments & scale back burdensome regulations causing people to flee to other states. This would apply to other Solid Democrat states as well.

How the GOP led Federal Government can improve life for people in large Democrat run states.

States such as California, Illinois, New York, & New Jersey for examples have been run terrible by long Democrat rule of their legislatures, dominated by unions & special interests. For example, Illinois is ruled firmly by Chicago due to it's large population & no incentives for the Illinois state government to change it's terrible ways.

Calls for partition of states like California, New York, & Illinois have been made but so far, this seems unlikely. What is more likely is for the U.S. Congress to pass Taxing & Spending incentives & conditions for bailouts to influence the decisions of certain state governments. Just as all states have had a Drinking Age of 21 since the late 1980's thanks to their desire to meet conditions for receiving Federal Transportation Funds, certain legislation can be passed to encourage states like New York, California, & Illinois to get their act together & stop special interest influence.

Another tool that can be used is Article IV, Section IV Guarantee Clause:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Following the U.S. Supreme Court ruling of Luther v. Borden(1849), interpretation has been left up to Congress & to a certain extent the Executive Branch.

Another option could include conditions for paying off state government's debts & pension problems. Conditions could include making states affordable for middle class families, reducing the cost of living, including school choice, curbing union power, & repealing rationing laws.

What's so amazing about President Donald Trump is his ability to make deals so that figures previously hostile to American interests can be convinced to see it Trump & America's way. Trump can make Democrat dominated legislatures to be more fair to other disaffected regions & reform regulations crippling business rights & increase cost of living by agreeing to pay off debts such as funding pension liabilities, exchanging federal land for policy reforms, etc.

Tyrannical dictatorships always need incentives to change & President Trump has shown Kim Jong Un the best path is to denuclearize & reform policies to improve North Korea's quality of life to become a part of the economic community.

The end result of how these deals are achieved concerning Blue States such as California, New York, & Illinois may result in partition with deals being made with the state Democrats of those states. Trump's best way of subduing his adversaries is to make them think it is in their best interests to play ball with this deal.

It may seem like right now that Democrats will never accept deals no matter what but the truth is that depending on the 2018 midterm results, some Democrats might just feel pressured to change course & accept certain deals.

Under this system, County & Local governments would set tax rates while the State government would receive a cut of 30% of the tax revenues for example. This would take power away from the centralized Sacramento Democrat majority legislature dominated by public sector unions. The state government would be establishing the blueprint but implementation would be done by local & county municipalities.

I would also recommend Congress pass laws justified by Article 4, Section 4(Guarantee Clause) prohibiting Public Sector Union involvement in political spheres. Public Sector Unions have been able to dominate California statewide politics by receiving forced union dues.

Another great idea is for Congress to pass strict laws against voter fraud under the guise of protecting voters from having their voice reduced because of non-citizens & illegal aliens voting. In fact, California would be more competitive if voter fraud was non-existent. If Congress could pass the Voting Rights Act of 1965 which removed barriers to African-Americans voting, Congress should require Strict Voter ID for every election in this country.

Another law Congress could pass should include marginalized regions suffering from bad policies in states such as California(Upstate, Inland Empire, Orange-San Diego, Central Valley), Illinois(Forgottonia, Southern region), & New York(Upstate) in which the Federal government could intervene on behalf of marginalized regions & allow them to be exempted from certain regulations & laws impeding on their way of life. For example, if certain laws or regulations are burdensome for different regions of large states such as minimum wage, environmental laws, firearms policy, etc. hurting rural communities, then the federal government can intervene & exempt certain regions from those laws & regulations to improve quality of life.

I get these ideas from these two links above. If Congress were to pass laws protecting businesses from burdensome regulations that raise the cost of living, disaffected regions would not be seeing state split movements because legislatures caring about certain narrowed interests won't be allowed to make life more expensive & difficult for disaffected regions.

In response to a law I heard was passed in California that would in several years lead to limiting households to 55 gallons of water per day, Congress should also pass a law that only allows rationing in times of emergency such as droughts, war, etc. but limits would have to be reasonable as not to needlessly damage the quality of life. More water storage & desalination should be tried first before any rationing be considered. Water conservation is very important to states like California but the average water usage in California is between 90-105 gallons of water daily. The tyrannical state government has imposed a limit so burdensome to daily life that it may even violate 9th & 14th amendment rights as it becomes so intrusive. You can't shower & do laundry on same day with this arbitrary limit!

It would be interesting & cool to see California split the the map above instead of Tim Draper's stupid & flawed proposal. California splitting up is very unlikely but there is potential for the federal government to intervene & protect marginalized regions to improve their quality of life. States such as California, Illinois, & New York legislative interests are centered around very few areas in major cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, & New York City. Virginia has also started becoming a Democrat-leaning state thanks to the influx of bureaucrats in the Northern region(Washington D.C. Metropolitan area) as well as immigration.

Given that many municipalities & counties in California have risen up to certain Democrat policies such as Sanctuary State, Konstantinos Roditis' idea of Trickle-Up-Taxation could save California from hell & make not just Conservatives happy but also Moderates & even progressives as well, given local governments do things better.
