I've been thinking about moving to this place since Australia Day 2012 & I also want to try bolstering tourism where I want to go. I am considering moving to Cairns, Queensland, Australia. What I want to accomplish in the Land Down Under is bolster tourism & entertainment industries in less densely populated areas of Australia. What I hope to create is a major amusement park called "Motor City" which would strive to be the largest amusement park in the World with the most roller coasters. The amusement park would be automobile themed like Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I'm considering making the Motor City into three seperate parks (American, Japanese, & European) in one area resort.
First, I would need to find some land to place my amusement parks & resort hotels on. I would ask the Federal(Australia), State(Queensland), & Local(near Cairns) governments what unused land is avaliable & choose how many acres of land I want. Potentially, my dream amusement park could be around 400 square miles which I would have to measure after obtaining the same amount of land. To raise money, I will seek donations & sponsors from amusement park enthusiests, major amusement park entertainment companies, food service, & major auto enthusiests & manufacturers. Next step would be to design a base park layout & design rides, food & shops. I would need to include car themed decorations, car themed automobiles, delicious food, excellent shopping that is mostly car themed. After designing the entire start of the park with decent rides, food & shopping I will need to do some advertising to attract workers & tourists & or visitors in order to make a successful business. Australia's running low on workers & the much of Australia's population is aging into retirement.
Queensland is known for it's scenic & natural beauty, beaches & tourism. Queensland is like Florida, Hawaii, Cuba & Mexico(Gulf of Mexico) combined geographically. Brisbane is the Capital of Queensland & it's largest city as well as being the 3rd most populated city in Australia just behind Melbourne, Victoria & Sydney, New South Wales. Queensland is known for being the home state to the Great Barrier Reef off of it's coastline in Far North Queensland. I'm also interested in James Cook University with one campus located in Cairns & Townsville. What makes me feel more excepted is that Queensland's drinking age along with the rest of Australia is 18, the age of majority. Drunk Driving is treated more harshly in Canada & Oceania than the United States & yet despite drinking ages of 18 & 19, alcohol abuse is more seldom amongst people of ALL ages.Queensland also has a less centralised population than other states with Townsville being one of Queensland's major regional cities. If I am from a certain country(Ex. United States of America), I don't have to take a written & road test to recieve a driver's license. The approved countries are somewhere on Queensland's transportation website .gov. Since I am from the United States, I can just apply for a Queensland drivers license upon establishing residence.
Australia has a more stable economy plus Australia's national debt is only 20-26% of it's GDP. Compare that to the United States(debt is now 100% of GDP) & Australia makes the United States look like Greece. Hopefully I can immigrate to Australia on a temporary visa & then recieve permanent residence status when I put my skills to Queensland's tourism economy. The foreign country the United States has the most in common is Australia dealing with federalism. I should probably buy some residential property under AUS$100,000 so I can bolster my chances of obtaining permanent residence. Australia is slightly different than the united States but the Land Down Under is a very beautiful & pleasant country to live in. Of course, if I invest over AUS$100,000 in Australia's economy I could probably get PR status.

Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy & What Redress Should Occur
MLK was known as a famous civil rights acitivist using non-violence as strategy in the 1950's & 60's. Rosa Parks on December 1, 1955 refused to surrender her seat to a white person on a bus & was arrested. MLK Jr. turned 83 yesterday & I agree that winning heart & minds should be done non-violently. But I also fear oppression by armed police officers who suppress peaceful protests & that's why I believe the right to keep & bear arms is important as it protects all other rights from aggression. Not all freedom movements can be won successfully through non-violence & I will explain the rare exceptions to this rule. Libya had a civil war last year because Gadhafi & his goons could not be controlled non-violently, especially if people did not carry arms. Because the rebels were able to use guns to overthrow the near-totalitarian regime under Gadhafi, Libya is now a more peaceful country unlike Egypt. Egypt's president Mubarak resigned because the military made him. Egyptians were disarmed & the military of Egypt holds all power of force so the subjects of Egypt are at the military's mercy. Tyranny is happening in the United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, which are supposed to be the greatest countries on Earth. Although Canada, Australia & New Zealand are stable countries, the United States is on the brink of civil unrest. Protesters are often finding themselves face to face with militarized police & most protesters are unarmed. Governments that infringe on the right to keep & bear arms are mostly cowardly & want to keep power by suppressing peaceful protestors who want government to change & cease infringing on their liberty. During the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950's & 60's police suppressed protestors wanting their civil rights protested from aggression. The Deacons of 64' were armed & fought back police who were trying to suppress civil rights protestors. I'm not suggesting people take up arms against the federal government because that would be disastrous. However, if enough states secede from the United States, the federal government can be controlled & imperialism can perish. It's a great idea to use non-violence with carrying arms as strategy for opposing tyrannical government unless it is too tyrannical & unaccountable to be controlled without insurrection. There are still thousands of gun control laws on the books which all violate the right to keep and bear arms with the exception of ones in which an actual victim is involved. Carrying a gun of any kind alone does not constitute a violation of anyone's rights nor does using it in a responsible manner such as hunting, self defense & opposing tyranny without harm done to non-aggressors. Governments also suppress suspect classes by infringing on their right to keep & bear arms such as teenagers who have nearly no tools to control oppressive government. Gun control laws make it nearly impossible for 20 years old and under to obtain handguns & semi-automatic weapons & can't even carry concealed firearms. This makes them vulnerable to police aggression. Government rarely is reformed or stops infringing on liberty because people rarely rise up & use firearms to protect themselves against tyrants. If students under 21 are aggressively protesting non-violently for their civil rights unarmed, it's unlikely that government will give in. Armed & militarized police will come & attack the protestors. This creates pro-riot sentiment as many of the oppressed class will riot & when the government feels the heat, the dictator in Washington DC will sent militarized troops to aide the tyrants & suppress the freedom fighters. This gives the US Military a bad name in the eyes of the founding fathers. Tyranny can only be effectively opposed if the right to keep & bear arms is absolute & not in violation of one's rights. There is no right to harm a non-aggressive person & this must apply to the government as well. If government is to be the sole arbitrator of it's own power even with seperation of powers, then government will cease to be limited. Make wise decisions on opposing tyrannical government because I hope innocent people don't get deliberately or maliciously harmed or killed.

The Man Who Ignited the Arab Spring Protests 1st anniversary of death
On January 4 of last year, major figure in the Arab Spring protests Mohamed Bouazizi died at a treatment facility after self immolated himself in front of a government building on December 17, 2010. He was posthumously awarded the Sakharov prize for making historic changes in the Arab world. In his case, he was mistreated by a municipal government official who stole his fruit cart because he was said to have sold fruit without a permit. His death marked outrage amongst Tunisia which led to the Tunisian Revolution along with numerous protests. Within 10 days of Bouazizi's death, Tunisia's president Zine Ben Ali resigned after 23 years and two months(November 7, 1987-January 14, 2011) in power & ruled like a dictator. Protests throughout most of the Arab world went on as the people of those affected nations were crusading against government corruption, suppression of human liberties, inflation, bad economics such as poverty & unemployment due to oppressive government policies. Egypt would see it's 30 year president Hosni Mubarak resign from office. Libya had a civil war from February 15 to October 23 when Libya's then dictator Muammar Gadhaffi waged war against the protesters. This had to happen through war because Gadhaffi was a violent madman who was a threat to his own people. How can I relate this to America & Europe? Should we have an American & European spring? It would be best to organize intense protests that directly target corrupt government & bad government policies at all levels of government. The US government is tyrannical beyond belief; even more tyrannical than King George III of Great Britain. Only California & Massachusetts are super Marxist & tyrannical. California's constitution is so disoriented that it's easier to interpret it as a living document. New York state has gone through some economic changes under Governor Andrew Cuomo who although a Democrat is not the Marxist that President Obama is. Andrew Cuomo has cut spending & taxes for everybody in New York which is different for a Democrat because nearly all Democrats holding public office are close to Marxist-Leninist ideologies. Many Republicans favor their own version of big government with fascist-neo conservative ideologies. Most of California's local officials are not the big government Marxist or Fascists that control most of California's legislature. It has to do more with Los Angeles & San Francisco areas having more political power than the rest of California & California needs some serious reform & maybe a California Spring as well. Massachusetts on the other hand is the most Marxist state in the United States.
