As any Christian should know there are two lords, one of which is our creators and the other Jesus Christ Our Savior. It was Good Friday that Christ died for humanity's sin with his own blood, giving us eternal spiritual life to those who go with him. Going with christ requires admission of you as the sinner as you are human and to believe that he took humanity's place to be condemned to die.

But what does the Gospel of Christs messages tell us? It tells us that God, Our Creator loved and cared for humanity so much that he sent his only true spiritual son Jesus Christ to teach gods word to the people and show them that god is a caring and loving god despite being so wrathful. There is a rival force to god's power and that is Satan, who was cast down from heaven for rebelling against God. Satan's force is to pass himself onto godhood. It is only he who created the universe that is true God. Satan represents lies and wickedness through darkness and burning flames. Another name for Satan is Lucifer, who is a fallen angel due to his rebellion against God. Lucifer and his fallen angels can take any form for purpose of deception. The Bible refers to Lucifer as a snake.

What does the Gospel of Christ tell us about God vs. Satan? It should tell us that Lucifer is waging a perpetual state of war against God and that our creator sent Christ to Earth to save us from Luciferian domination. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ served as a major defeat for evil as Christ's teaching helped influence society to become more enlightented and good. Luficer vowed to create an Anti-Christ to destroy this white light of joy shined on Earth by Lord Savior Jesus Christ.

How has christianity impacted Western civilization. Unlike Judism, Islam, Buddhism, Freemasonry, and Hinduism for examples, Christianity carries a simple message of good faith and truth, which tyrants like Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Idi Amin, Castro, and Pol Pot for examples feared and despised. Communism(Marxism-Leninism-Maoism) and Nazism follow the path of death, tyranny, and self-rightiousness in belief they can become gods. Vladimir Lenin's rulership in the Soviet Communist Party as one of the start of a more bloody reign of terror with peasants having crops confiscated and ended up starving in Lenin's effort to destroy people's faith in god. The Bible of God has been suppressed for civilizations because it symbolizes a threat to the power of mankind over other human beings. Only faith in Lord Savior Jesus christ will save us from doom and destruction of Luciferian Hell.

How has America gone from freedom loving patriots to hellbound noids of Amerikans? Many North Americans and Europeans have little to no faith in the savior Jesus Christ, also the Prince of Peace who shed his own blood so humanity could be saved from lucifer and this can only happen if people accept this in truth and spirit. People have lost faith in christ and as a result were swept away by the occultists of the Illuminati, Satanism, Freemasonry, and Big government thanks to the Big Mainstream Media of talentless pop stars, ritualistic movie stars, and propaganda news anchors. The sins of homosexuality, communism, immoral perversion of god's meaning of sex, black magic, pedophilia, substance abuse, immoral wars the U.S. has participated in the past 150 years, and distractions from the realities of what is happening to America. Not just America but also Europe. During the mid 1990's, South Africa experienced a rise in ultra progressive politics which included the rise in prostitution, AIDS, crime, socialism, drug abuse, and sexual perversion. South Africa today has become an Anti-Christ nation wheres just decades before it had strong Christian Morals. I'm not defending Apartheid but just making the point that Post-Apartheid did not bring equality to South Africa but empowered the Left-Wing and Far-Left politics in power as superior over the rest. The African National Congress which won majority in the 1994 South Africa Post Apartheid elections was an ultra Left Wing party with Nelson Mandela having ties to Communist Parties. Mandela was a staunch Marxist and has throughout his entire life carried out his Marxist views throughout the ANC.

Australia, a more moral country suffered a Nazi style gun buy back scheme in 1996, emulating Hitler's 1935 dream of an unarmed civilianry "This year will go down in history! For the first time a civilized nation has full gun registration. Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead in the future!" This nightmare became a reality as nobody in 1994 would ever think Australia would have more draconian gun control at the federal level than the United States. I've read Australia's constitution and there is no source of authority for such draconian gun control at the federal level. It took just a few decades for most of the Western World to enact Hitler's utopian gun ban of 1935.

Vladimir Lenin best said "Youth devoid of morals make best revolutionaries." The Anti-Christ is amongst us in multiple forms, just like the form of possession and deception Satan creates. Bill Clinton, Marylin Manson, Adolf Hitler, Vladimir Lenin, Aleister Crowley, Anton LaVey, Barack Obama, Lady Gaga, and many more have led North America to the highway to hell.

Jesus christ came to Earth to save sinners and bring compassion and kindness to humanity as God truly loved humanity after thousands of years of rejecting it for being capable of sin. An important event in this is a woman was about to be stoned for adultury but Jesus intervened and forgave her, just as God does today. Many take this forgiveness and mercy for granted and instead of seeing the light, they look away from it and choose the horrors that are abortion, homosexuality, "free sex", communism, socialism, etc.

The North, South, and West United States and Canada are culturally alien and the South is actually more socially conservative. Had the Confederate States of America not have been buried by the fascist GOP in the 1860's and 1870's, the Southern states would still be more socially conservative on christian levels. Abortion was legalized by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973 and yet states failed to even attempt nullification of this so called "Right to on demand abortion." It's not just powers of Congress that need to be limited but the judiciary in terms of what it can review. Dr. Ron Paul introduced a bill in Congress that would prohibit federal courts from legalizing or strengthening abortion, homosexuality, or most other social issues reserved for the states under the 10th amendment. Other issues must include crime, prositution, gambling, decency, etc.

I want to be clear that America was founded on Christian values and America today is run by new age occultists and that I don't favor making a law reacting to every immoral practice but want to make difference between bad vs. criminal choices. A bad choice is doing something that harms yourself and could indirectly affect others negatively. A criminal choice is disrupting natural order of life and looking back to state laws and federal laws of the early 19th century you will see patterns in how America was and how courts have embraced progressive judicial practices such as legalizing abortion, sodomy, more power for the federal government, burdonsome restrictions on victims rights, broader eminent domain, and now Gay Marriage.

Before the 1960's, there were laws in many states that encouraged marriage between a man and a woman and outlawed immoral sexual practices such as sodomy, fornication, adultury, and promiscuity. There are good reasons for doing so because our creator intended for sex to be an expression of love towards your soulmate, not a party game you can play without life altering consequences. Sex is a life altering experience that is meant for expression of love between a man and a woman. It is a method of bearing children. With abortion, countless women have foolishly decided to become whores and not consider consequences of their actions such as getting pregnant and leaving this beautiful unborn child god created to either be "aborted" at the hands of a cruel abortion doctor or grow up in a dysfunctional environment without the best form of family a child can have such as one with a mother and father. Divorce rates have skyrocketed since the late 60's thanks to so called "Sexual Liberation". What this sex party has done is create more pain and misery to people's lives and degraded them as wild animals. Humans have the ability to reason and people are taking God's gift of natural salvation for granted. There's already a pedophile organization dubbed NAMBLA advocating men have rights to have sex with young boys.

I also want to state that you can't automatically legislate morality but for me I like to allow laws of nature to guide us as our rights come from our creator. The Founding Fathers based America on christian principles because it was friendly twoards principles of liberty and justice while challenging how much power man can have. Liberals pretend to favor freedom but want a radical social revolution instead where people, especially youth start rejecting and forgeting the founding fathers Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and Benjamin Franklin and instead worship far left terrorists like Che Gueverra.

Can good triumph over evil? God is the creator whereas Satan is the evil scum of the universe so good had the power to triumph over evil. Thomas Jefferson once said "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing." If good christians fail to do enough to stop the evil that triumphed in the 1960's, this evil such as Roe vs. Wade of 1973 will continue to grow. Satan triumphs where Christians stand back. Christians and patriots must not be neutral to these Anti-American and Pro-Socialist injustices that have plagued youth of the late 1960's to today. It's time for North America to repent allowing Lucifer's posessed demons to indoctrinate good people and hope the Western World will do enough to stand up to their own governments and indoctrinators.

Laws mean what they say & intended to be

How should the U.S. Constitution be interpreted? Can the judiciary be trusted to interpret correctly? What does the constitution say about nullifying federal laws?

Answers include interpreting based on text & original pattern of intent. But how could the constitution be interpreted? Based on historical analysis, I can conclude the framers intent was to restrict the federal government to enumerated powers while the 10th amendment clearly states everything else not delegated to federal government NOR prohibited by the states rest within state/local governments as well as the people.

How has the US Supreme Court ruled in regards to this? Certainly the judiciary hasn't been of much help & no branch in the federal government was trustworthy enough to correct such constitutional violations. Having the supreme court be final dictorium on law is like having one branch of a corporation be the arbitraitor in a suit brought against another branch.

Who decides the  constitutionality of something? The U.S. Constitution mentions ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about final arbitration, leaving that up to the states/people as reinforced by the 10th amendment. The US Supreme Court only asserted in Madbury vs. Madison that it had the power to eliminate laws of congress found to be unconstitutional. They did not declare themselves final masters of laws. Subsequent rulings relating to Congressional powers relates to defining what the constitution means with some blemishes. The Marshall court played a pivotal role in upholding US National Bank & defining the true definition of Commerce Clause in Odgens vs. Gibbons. Odgen vs. Gibbons struck down a New York law granting exclusive steamboat rights for intrastate commerce. It was struck down in order to make way for reinforcing the federal government's role in maintaining a unified free trade zone amongst U.S. states.

The Commerce Clause evolved to restrict individual behavior thanks to judicial activism. Regulate meant to make regular such as unifying trade boundaries between states. Odgen vs. Gibbons was a great example of the true intent of the commerce clause because it stated New York could not allow monopolies of intrastate commerce over interstate. Other Commerce Clauses favoring the federal government are false unless they are in line with Odgens vs. gibbons precedent of making commerce regular.

Think about this now. The constitution has provision to amend it and the only successfully ammended part restricting individual behavior(exception of slavery) is 18th amendment federalizing alcohol prohibition, which would be repealed in 1933 after nearly 14 years. there were a few others such as regulation of child labor but only one prohibition/regulation general in nature passed as a constitutional amendment. There is no federal power to regulate labor, firearms, drugs, sexual practices, education, health care, etc. meaning for examples what Obama was pushing for his state of the Union Address including gun control, education, minimum wage, and climate change are all unconstitutional, even if they do have good intentions. However, neither are examples of reasons for federal intervention.

The Framers were not entirely pragmatic but were smart enough to outline the powers of the federal government in a way it could be as limited to necessary functions states were not usually accustomed to. The framers also distinguished with what the states couldn't do in article one, section 10 such as declaring war, bills of attainer, letters of marque, ex post facto, payment in anything other than gold/silver tonnage. If you've been told state courts cannot declare certain actions of the federal government unconstitutional, then article one, section 10 and the 10th amendment state otherwise as there is nothing in article one, section 10 or article four that prohibit states from restricting the actions of the federal government as the 10th amendment reinforces this. For example, Missouri & Texas are planning to nullify ALL federal gun control laws and Virginia is planning to make Gold legal tender. There is nowhere in the constitution that the federal government can have veto power over the states unless the states are clearly prohibited under the constitution from doing so.

Madbury vs. Madison in 1803 was the most landmark supreme court case ruling the Supreme Court has the power under article III of judicial review. But do the courts truly under article III have the near absolute power to judicial review? The U.S. Supreme Court did not rule in 1803 that it had final say on legal matters. Article III blueprints the judiciary and it's authority. Congress has the power to set jurisdiction of the federal judiciary wheres the Supreme Court's original jurisdiction is stated in article III. The federal judiciary is overinvolved in state matters ranging from abortion to crime. Perhaps an infamous case in 1973 Roe vs. Wade with the U.S. Supreme Court ruling 7-2 a woman had a right to obtain an abortion, completely overriding state powers to protect the unborn, had been the case in nearly every U.S. state for over 150 years. Lawrence vs. Texas in 2003 legalized sodomy by consenting adults(even homosexual couples) despite there being no historical or constitutional basis of such a ruling. The 14th amendment has been abused to strike down state laws that had been acceptable close to the founding era.

Concluding line here is the constitution means what it says & it does not mention the federal government having the power to override state laws unless states are specifically prohibited from doing so in the constitution. why do you think the framers made it more specific in article one, section 10 of what the states couldn't do vs. what the federal government could do in article one section 8? My analysis says this so as not to be confused with the federal government abusing it's power over the states and people while reinforcing what's important the states shouldn't end up doing such as declaring war for example. For example this means Texas can override federal gun control laws but cannot declare war on Mexico. Plus, if states are prohibited from using anything but gold/silver as legal tender, why is the U.S. Dollar forced on as a fiat currency?

Non-Violent Ways of Killing DC

Have you ever thought why Republicans & Democrats always win? Factors include election flaws such as:

Who's counting the votes?
Is there government funding involved?
How does society accept two parties?

Plus, civil disobedience should be respected as a right if it is done peacefully & with respects to the rights & property of others. Hopefully this will screen the difference between rioters looting shops vs. refusal to send kids to government schools.

First, elections & why faith has been lost. It's easy to see the nature behind elections & their outcomes depend on how they're manipulated. For example, it depends on how candidates are qualified. Qualifications for office are outlined in Constitutions & all others giving preferential treatment to major parties contradicts fairness of elections. For example, there is nothing in the constitution allowing two party states. Having major party status is nowhere in any of the state or federal constitutions & any candidate qualified under state/federal constitutions is qualified.

Second, counting of votes. Josef Stalin(USSR Ruler) said "It is not one who casts the votes but one who counts the votes". As much as Stalin was the totalitarian ruler of Soviet Union, this statement is correct. Voting machines & secret untrustworthy organizations have voted for you whether you agree with them or not. No wonder it's favored a two party system for so long! How come countries like Netherlands, Brazil, & New Zealand have better elections & better hope for all candidates but Americans suffer the same two party rule the same way Soviet subjects suffered one party rule by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. In 1986, the Phillippines had dual vote counting organizations in it's presidential election. Incumbent Ferdinand Marcos was declared winner over opponent Corazon Aquino as counted by the Elections Commission which was a governmental organization. The National Citizens' Movement for Free Elections however declared Aquino winner by a narrow margin, ending Marcos 20 year reign. A revolt against Marcos began with Aquino becoming president. This wasn't done without militant revolt. Democracy advocates had to enforce the fair elections themselves & were successful at ousting Marcos after the three day People Power Revolution(Feb 22-25, 1986). One month later, the Phillipine government officially recognized the Elections Commissions election null & void, therefore accepting Aquino as president.
If Americans would do the same thing in demanding a non governmental organization trustworthy & dedicated to fair elections in counting the votes with paper ballots & freeing candidacy for ALL candidates, regardless of political party(not just Republicans & Democrats). If this were to be the case & Americans were to be armed to the teeth, such a revolution would be easier to win with police & military fearing armed citizens shooting at them! No wonder Democrats & some Republicans want your guns!

Third, government funding of political parties. This is NOWHERE to be found in the U.S. Constitution yet the FEC funds both major parties. It seems tax resistence is the best option since without revenue, no funding of political parties. IRS comes down with a heavy hand but Joe Stack on Feb 28, 2010 came down with one too on IRS snake Vernon Hunter. Why have Democrats & Republicans been able to get votes but not Libertarian, Constitution, & Green parties for examples? The money comes secretly from DC.

Pause here & imagine how the political structure would be like if U.S. elections were like the ones in the Netherlands, Brazil, & New Zealand.

Legislatures would have multiple political parties without the three evils of our elections. Examples would include congress having majority of members be from Libertarian, Constitution, & Green Parties with numerous others & independents being behind but having the same opportunities not afforded before such a revolution occurs.

If ANY more gun control laws were to pass, they would be unenforcable due to strains on resources & inability to achieve effectiveness. Had there been massive civil disobedience to gun control laws decades ago, there would be no federal gun control laws in effect. Sadly enough people until recently have been obey & supporting such gun control laws.

For those enforcing fair elections I suggest being armed & dangerous like rival law enforcement are. Dozens of firearms dealers are refusing to sell weapons to state law enforcement which doesn't respect gun rights. Plus, I commend brave people like Franklin Sain of Colorado for threatning Communist State Rep. Rhonda Fields warning her not to pass gun control! Of course, I don't really support death threats but just those that distract gun grabbers from holding their gun grabbing conferences!

Gradual secession is another way to do things such as for example neo-confederates seceding from the U.S. themselves & inviting anyone wanting to join. More people will join & eventually the new Confederate States will eliminate U.S. claims over the South. However the first thing that's neede3d is a strong defense & the ideal weapons for this are either semi or fully automatic rifles with no less than 30 rounds per magazine clips, semi or fully automatic pistols, & turret/gattling guns. Weapon strength increases defense & that's why gun grabbers want to limit your rounds & ban semi automatic weapons. Had the Confederacy had better weapons than the Union, the former would have won the Civil War!

Time to say ENOUGH! Demand a plan to secede & defend with fair elections counted by trustworthy NGO. Don't let history repeat itself by not supporting people's right to have fully automatic weapons & hollow point bullets capable of firing over 150 rounds. Gun control is never about curbing crime but curbing freedom.

A Patriotic Duty

People will never realize the government is so tyrannical that armed conflict against it is necessary to destroy it's tyranny unless there were some extremely shocking attack against government facilities greater than or just as great as 9/11 but targets only the belligerents such as law enforcement thugs & bureaucrats.

When injustice becomes law, terrorizing big government becomes a patriotic duty. Are you angry with regulatory & law enforcement agencies that ruined your life or compromised your business? Why wait another 4 years or decades for real change to happen? Gun sales have been skyrocketing, meaning people are unwilling to allow government to ruin their life. Too bad certain people can't purchase guns without going to the streets. I'm thinking Colombia has easier gun access where people need guns a lot to defend themselves against the Colombian Drug Cartels.

Elections are finished & Obama re-elected which although disastrous, people will wake-up & find armed insurrection appealing. How are businesses & industry going to defend themselves against regulation when time is of the essence. Machine guns & heavy turrets of course. No kidding, war like weaponry(except radioactive, chemical, biological, & nuclear warfare) is a necessity to protecting America from it's own government.

Seperatism is a hot topic that needs attention. Dixies in the South should reclaim their territory lost in the American Civil War through militant like means. The League of the South promotes seperatism but should write a declaration stating the annexation of the Southern states was illegal & these states are hereby seperate from the United States. No referendum needed. Other speratist movements in North America include Vermont & the Western North American States/Provinces. U.S. & Canada have multiple nations being The Confederate States of America(Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, West Virginia, New Mexico, & Louisiana)(Dixies), Cascadia(California, Oregon, Washington State, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba)(Cascadians), United States of America(Minnesota, Iowa, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Labrador, Vermont, Maine)(Yankees).

Did you know over 78% of Americans believe government is broken. 21 million Americans believe it cannot be fixed! You must understand the nature of politics & why politics is the problem & reform can almost never happen with it. What about the increasing number of Hispanic voters voting socialist. They're interest is welfare from government. I understand that many are low income but it's dangerous to have a mobocracy since other votes won't count or have effect. If democracy goes unbalanced, hispanic voters will likely overpower others & create a socialist state.

The right to keep & bear arms is not just about hunting or self-defense. It's also about fighting tyrannical government. Government unlawfully gives itself power it does not originally have. So what do we do? Will it be more effective to just wait for elections from which we have little to no control over? Will it be more effective to fight for your property & freedom through militant means, which is a last resort.

With a U.N. arms treaty being pushed, a terror style attack on U.N. facilities is the right & patriotic thing to do. Little to no damage will be done by tradition shooting, bombing, or even semi-truck bombing. It seems the most effective ways to cause mayhem destruction to those tyrannical institutions is through heavy weaponry like remote controlled missiles, planes, tanks, & armed aircraft. By planes, I'm not talking about hijacking commercial airliners full of innocents but empty planes either having them piloted by suicidal freedom fighters or remote controlled.

I know the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing against a federal building killed many innocents yet very few government scum employees but that doesn't mean we can surrender militant means of holding government accountable. Freedom fighters should be careful about what buildings they strike.

It's not really terrorism if you're resisting a tyrannical government. I must warn you that governments will almost never consider themselves tyrannical & will do anything to supress strong resistance. Federal Thugs are already buying 450 million bullets for killing. In their view a freedom fighter that kills only several government thugs is a terrorist but thugs who kill millions get awards. Taxdollars at work eh? Very tyrannical.

Even local police & private citizens have spread tyranny. Many people believe that they have the right to vote for powers to arrest & detain teen liquor drinkers & if old enough punish them as adults. An act of force numerous ignorants don't understand.

I've seen some very unpatriotic comments on an archive newsarticle documenting on the 2010 Suicide Plane Crash in Austin, Texas & elections don't do jack shit. Often elections were suppose to reform government but lead to more damage. The difference between activism & armed insurrection vs. elections are the message gets better sent with your voice through bullets & civil disobedience. Ballots just go the way of the highest bidder & have failed to take into account fairness of policies.

Keep in mind that if consent of the governed is actually going to mean something, it must be guarded at all times & the most important right of all is the right to keep & bear arms. If the New World Order is to be reisisted, people must be willing to shoot NWO thugs including amred troops loyal to NWO. I also think it would be patriotic for disgruntled patriotic troops to shoot & even kill military superiors engaging in hostilities against freedom.

Forgive me for sounding radical but I am most certainly not alone when I make these points. If you knew even a small percentage about the tyranny of our government, you would join an armed revolution.

The threat of tyranny is why any gun control laws that undermine the right to keep & bear arms in anyway must be opposed, even if it means attacking gun grabbers(ex. BATFE). Don't expect federal gun control laws to die without militant means.

The Problem with Unitary New York & California

New York & California are not truly one state but several being controlled primarily by the socialist left. For example, New York State is controlled by New York City & Lower State while California is primarily controlled by Los Angeles, San Francisco, & surrounding Northern California counties close to Sacramento. I also note that Ontario is at odds concerning Toronto & Southeastern Ontario vs. Northwestern Ontario. The problem with New York, California, & Ontario is they're actually not one state but several with conservatives unfairly oppressed by centrists & liberals. How can we solve this problem? The answer here would be to partition these states with their true forms.

New York: New York City is so large that it could qualify as it's own state along with Long Island & Lower New York. Most US Senators from New York have been from either New York City, Long Island, or Lower New York. Upstate New York is mostly centre-right while New York City tri-state area is centre-left to left wing. Upstate New York is more like the conservative Midwest than it is with Lower New York. There's even a difference between East & West Upstate New York where Buffalo could be different from Albany. What is certain is Upstate New York & New York City/Long Island are like two different states. My solution here is have Upstate New York & New York City/Long Island operate like different states with their own legislatures & have them be one state for federal purposes until seperate statehood partition is approved. I assume New York City/Long Island would continue it's leftist policies while Upstate New York would be more moderate conservative.

California: California has over 30 million in population & 3rd largest economy in the world I think but is controlled by the oppressive left wing Los Angeles, San Francisco, & surrounding counties close to Sacramento. How many states does California truly have in reality. The Southern counties with exception of Los Angeles are centre-right to right wing including these being south of 36N. If these counties were to be a seperate state, the state would be called South California & it's capital would be Riverside. Los Angeles would be a seperate county as it has a big enough base for statehood of it's own. Though not as left wing as New York City as a whole, Los Angeles State would be centre-left. San Francisco is in Northern California & the state of North California would have counties excluding San Joaquin Valley over 36N. North California would not be as conservative as South California but would not be as liberal as Los Angeles & San Francisco. North California would be centre at most with some leaning either left or right. San Joaquin Valley would be the only landlocked state partitioned from California & would include counties within the San Joaquin Valley, most of them being North of 36N. SJV would most likely be centre right to right wing. California would remain one state for federal purposes until secession or partition in statehood occurs but the proposed states of North California, South California, San Francisco, Los Angeles, & San Joaquin would have thier own legislatures & new constitutions. These proposed states would act like independent states. California needs a makeover & partition of states is the way to ensure fairness in representation. I also feel the long lost proposed state of Jefferson consisting of Northernmost counties of California & the Southernmost countires of Oregon should be reconsidered.

Ontario: Ontario is in Canada & it's capital is Toronto. Canada's capital is in Ottowa, Ontario. Both cities are in Southeast Ontario. What about Northwest Ontario? Are they different from their Southeast Ontarions? I'm using Northwest & Southeast here because of Ontario's geographical/political shape. The Northwest Ontario is mostly moderate to conservative, much like Ohio. Northwest Ontario's biggest city would be Thunder Bay. Southeast Ontario is more centre left with them controlling most of Ontario. Northwest Ontario would be more socially conservative & I assume it's capital will either be Sault De Marie or Thunder Bay.

Sovereignty Resolutions For North America

Former Confederate States of America(Texas, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Virginia, West Virginia, New Mexico, Arizona, & Maryland*).

The State of (state) hereby through passing of this resolution no longer recognizes the Federal Government of the United States of America's claim over (state). Instead, (state) is rightfully a state of the Confederate States of America, which was illegally conquered through military force in 1865. This means all laws made by the Federal Government of the United States of America have no & never had any legal effect on (state) since 1861. All debts, laws, & mandates incured due to influence from the Federal Government of the United States of America were never made to be law & never had any legal effect making them presently null & void. A gradual process shall be made to insure final business & assets with the Federal Government of the United States of America are resolved including social security claims & citizenship. All armed forces within (state) are now (state) command. Dual sovereignty shall be explored as a temporary option.
*Maryland was prevented from holding secession petition & therefore fits this catagory.

Republic of Vermont

Vermont hereby declares a debate on secession from the United States of America. The Federal Government of the United States of America has  violated the rule of law through threat of force & has forced Vermont into unconstitutional mandates. Vermont also has a culture seperate from the rest of the states. This declaration calls for delegates to be elected & a convention of delegates to be called for secession. Part of resolution also voids any state laws enacted due to influence from the Federal Government of the United States of America. Armed Forces will be under command of the Republic of Vermont upon secession with the duty of able bodies males ages 17-45 to arm themselves.

Pacific/Northwest United States & Canada(California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington State, Oregon, British Columbia, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska)

(state) wishes to recognize cultural, social, & economic differences from Northeast United States & East Canada in hopes of nullifying any unconstitutional federal laws while calling for a convention on secession. Suffering decades of abuse from (federal government), (state) wishes to reconsider union with (federal government). (state) hereby rescinds any laws incured due to federal influence & any laws found unconstitutional under originalist interpretation are hereby null & void without question. (state) is to have a republican form of government.

Hawaii

Hawaii hereby investigates legitimacy of sovereignty held by the United States of America. The forced dissolution of the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893 should be investigated in order to debunk any claims of U.S. sovereignty over Hawaii. Hawaii enjoys a rich & foreign culture foreign from that of United States. Hawaii is also an island in Oceania, not North America. Any laws passed by Hawaii legislature as a result of federal influence are hereby null & void. Resolution also calls for consideration of secession.

Northeast United States/Canada(New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Ontario*)

(state) hereby calls for nullification of unconstitutional federal laws & secession if necessary. The South & West states have foreign cultures from Northeast & (state) wishes for voluntary union. The United States of America is anything but a voluntary union. The U.S. government has become lawless & tyrannical. Any (state) laws made as a result of federal influence are hereby null & void.

*While Ontario is Canada, Ontario shares a lot in common with the Northeast & Midwest United States of America.

Keep in mind this is not for me to directly say but it is my suggestion for adapting defiance against a tyrannical federal government. Clause that voids state laws due to federal influence mean for example that any state with a drinking age of 18, 19, or 20 for example before the mid 1980's would be reverted back to that age limit from 21. This way, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii, Vermont, New York, Ohio, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Massachusetts, & Kansas for examples would under the resolution have their drinking ages reverted back to the ways they were back before 1985. This would also void zero tolerence & administrative license revoction laws in states that were forced to adapt on pain of having a net loss of federal fundings vs. tax payments. If this resolution were to come into effect, administrative license revoction laws would be reprealed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, New York, Montana for some examples.

Income tax would also have never been legal within Confederate State territory, especially in Texas. I can expect quite a boatload of states to draft these resolutions. Wouldn't it be nice to go back in time to the Battle of Jackson & ensure the Confederacy's victory over the Union? That would be a real game changer there with the Confederate States of America living on.

Tyrannical Judiciary vs. Secession

In 2006, some asshole judges on Alaska's highest court blocked a proposal for secession of Alaska from the DC empire on the grounds such action would be unconstitutional. This ruling has never been challenged by force. Are all rulings made by high courts always right? The way the founders saw it was no.

The judiciary was never meant to be used for redress. Neither were elections. Why am I saying this & how can we successfully seek redress? When people feel their constitutional rights have been violated, they file for redress from the courts. Unfortunately, this rarely becomes successful. Elections fail to change a damn thing, with Switzerland being one of some exceptions.

Thomas Jefferson is one of my favorite heroes because his words of wisdom involves attacks on gun control & activist judges as well as centralized banking. The last resort unfortunately means using terror like attacks against bureaucracies & law enforcement agencies responsible for such deadly attacks on our freedoms & right to self determination. This is why the right to keep & bear arms should be protected for everybody unless they've been proven through due process untrustworthy of firearm ownership(ex. prison term, dangerous mental illness, habitual violence, display of clearly threatning behavior).

The judiciary was intended to apply laws impartially & independently. The role of the judiciary however is not to assert judicial review in a way that abuses power & increases power of government. Power comes from people governed & by blocking secession proposals the judiciary is subverting the will of the people. TV Evangalist Pat Robertson was right about judges being a threat more serious than bearded terrorists!

When the British came to confiscate firearms, it was clear the Patriots had the right to kill aggressing British troops into submission. Why has gun control been tolerated for decades & what is being done to reverse the effects of the Federal Gun Control Act of 1968? The same who did so 1993 Waco were not helped in anyway & mainstream media captured the minds of people into accepting government is above people. Timothy McVeigh & Terry Nichols were outraged by this & decided something must be done to destroy the tyrannical federal government. Conspiracy here is the Oklahoma City Bombing of April 19, 1995 was intended by the federal government & that McVeigh was possibly deceived into striking the wrong facility given the wrong outcome. If patriots bombed British military facilities in the 1770's, this would be hailed as heroic & symbolic to liberty. The Oklahoma City Bombing was intended to mimick the Patriots of the 1770's but unintentionally resulted in so many innocent lives destroyed with very few consequences for the federal government. A memorial was held to symbolize the reaction of this tragedy as one of healing & courage. I think the Oklahoma City Bombing represents a need to learn of the truth & a call to view our federal government the same way people would view foreign invaders.

To this day, OKC has victimized not only the American people but the freedom loving patriots as well while the Federal Government became more tyrannical. I consider McVeigh & Nichols American heroes for trying to spark a new American Revolution & terrorize a tyrannical government while making the American people wake up to this fact. I admit the federal government is not going to automatically fall with just some beginner guerilla warfare tactics. I also admit peaceful solutions are necessary & should be considered first since violent insurrection is very extreme. However, a country cannot survive without the ability & willingness to engage in armed conflict with aggressive foreign invaders. This is even more true in Afghanistan & Iraq as the US Military wages war crimes against innocent Arabs.

For those of you who may condemn my comments on McVeigh & Nichols being American Heroes let me make this perfectly clear that I am hung verdict on whether McVeigh truly wished harm on innocents or if he was mislead into targeting the wrong target. We know the Oklahoma City Bombing killed many innocents & is one horrific mistake that should not be repeated but the question here is whether McVeigh truly intended to kill innocent people.

Forget about McVeigh for now & I will say what my point is. Point here is allowing any branch of government infallability is dangerous & no legislator, governor, law enforcement officer, or magistrate is above anyone else. The difference here is they have delegated authority & have no special implied powers outside of delegation. Government is created by charter & any artificial ordinance is subordinate to terms & conditions(aka constitution). Who truly enforces the laws? The people who made them of course. We The People is about exercising rights without getting government permission. We are born with inalienable rights which means it cannot be deprived from us without fairness of due process of law.

What if the Confederate States of America prevailed in the aftermath of the American Civil War? North America would be different culturally, socially, & economically as the South would be foreign to the Northeast & West coasts. Would the Western states & provinces of the United States & Canada be their own seperate nation? The U.S. & Canada are not their own nations but multicultural dystopias. U.S. & Canada actually make up over Three nationalities including Yankees of the Northeast, Dixies of the South, Cascadians of the West, Atlantic Arcadians of the Upper Atlantic East Coast, & French Canadians of Quebec. Hawaii in my view is truly a completely foreign country with Yankee influences. Hawaii is not on North America but in Oceania. It's unbelievable how foreign people in these regions are from each other. Had the South not have been forcibly annexed by the U.S., North America would have different cultures & nationailities without multiculturalism. The South would also be more conservative & have a stronger Dixie culture with lack of illegal immigration. If you look at the U.S., it's a multicultural empire & therefore should have no more legitimate authority over any state.

I could only imagine what a United States of Europe would be like. UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, & others would lose their cultural identities for a multicultural Europe. That's not consent of the governed but more like the popular government America's founders despised.

A North American Union only centralizes more power with all U.S., Canadian, & Mexican states/provinces being consolidated into one imperial union of force born from a treaty.

What can we do about this? Right now, any former Confederate State or Territory is not legally or constitutionally part of the United States of America. So any Dixie living in any former Confederate States of America territory is rightfully a citizen of the Confederate States of America. The legitimacy of U.S. sovereignty over Alaska & Hawaii should also be questioned as the U.S. has used force abroad following the Civil War. Any attempts to expell U.S. Authorities from these lands are leigitmate & should be fully supported as if they were the Allied Troops of World War II.

Movements other than neo-Confederate are in Vermont, West Canada(British Columbia, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alberta, Saskatchewan, & Manitoba), Alaska, Hawaii, Quebec, & some Western States.

Had the U.S. not have been successful in these imperial pursuits, North Americans would have more freedom & society would be different.

Rejecting authority is key to regaining independence & taking a paramilitary approach is very important. Let's start by commanding the Texas Legislature to draft a resolution voiding all U.S. authority within the borders of Texas & any federal laws or state laws influenced by federal government. This means any federal gun control laws as well as mandates for example are no longer law in Texas. Texas would also proclaim itself to be a true state of the Confederate States of America.
