Civil Liberties in the New Confederate States of America: Taxation

Property taxes, taxes on exports, & taxes laid without census enumeration in the new Confederate States of America are unconstitutional. this includes income tax as well. All taxes in the new Confederate states must be for revenue purposes, although it definitely states it under article II in the powers of congress section.

Taxation in the United States is a nightmare. The IRS has been harassing it's victims with audits for not surrendering part of their property. A disgruntled man named Joe Stack flew his piper dakota plane into an IRS building in Austin, Texas on February 18, 2010, killing the audit ringleading scumbag Vernon Hunter & injuring 13 others. The US government does not want to solve problems peacefully.

The best way to escape the tax hell is to renounce US citizenship & leave the country. It is now becoming more of a nightmare to hide your money abroad.

Property rights are essential to a free society & the United States is most certainly NOT a free society. Taxing your home, car, gun, social security benefits, income, etc. deprives you of your right to own property because it imposes a condition that you pay the government when you own YOUR OWN property.

The new Confederate States of America will be a country in which the right to own property is uncompromised.
