New Confederate States of America:Catagory I States

Catagory one states include the original 13 states of the old Confederate States of America(South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas, North Carolina, Kentucky, & Missouri), territories(Arizona, New Mexico, & Oklahoma are now U.S. States) West Virginia & Maryland. Maryland was attacked by the Lincoln regime in 1861 when Maryland legislatures were arrested & jailed. West Virginia was extracted from Virginia in 1863 to join the United States.

These states will be automatic members of the Confederate States of America. The CSA was never lawfully dissolved because the people are sovereign & conquering an entire nation should not be legally recognized as legitimate. Any jurisdiction in the CSA can secede at anytime without fear of violent retaliation.

Citizens residing in these states shall be granted automatic sovereign freemanship regardless of whether their state ratified the new constitution. The original confederacy is lawfully constituted government that was dissolved by force.

Any state with a majority of counties which voted either through popular vote or county convention shall be considered to have ratified the new constitution. Any county(s) that has voted not to ratify the new constitution shall be excluded from the new state.

Any state in this catagory that fails to ratify shall retry by excluding certain lands, cities, towns, territories & counties at their pleasure.

Arizona & New Mexico can form a junction with each other without approval by the state legislatures & Virginia & West Virginia are the same.
